Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in — assessment no. not getting listed though it indicates as already exists

Assessment no. Of my property is not getting added under "add assessment" option. It gives an error stating that assessment no. Already exists. However the same is not listed under "property list" option also. Pls address this issue on priority
