please resolve the above issue....

I paid my property tax (056/044/00169) of Rs 980 and Water tax (056/044/01182) of Rs.804 amount has been debited from my bank account, however i didnt get receipt number for my two payments and amount is still showing as i need to pay. kindly resolve my problem and also generate my receipt of above two payments as soon as possible.

My water bill in Tirunelveli corporation is giving out erroneous details. There fore I am not able to pay my bill .

I had to submit property tax receipt urgently for name transfer in Tirunelveli Corporation .Made the pending payment via online banking on tnurbanepay website. Amount got debited instantly redirecting to home page. Receipt not generated even after 5 days. Corporation officials say no such amount received. Payment gateway has confirmed the transaction was successful. The complaint system in the website is down for many days. Corporation asked to communicate with Corporation ARO. He would never attend the call. If attending by some means miraculously says he is busy and shall call back which has never happened. Never ever trust E- Governance. In case of a stuck payment there will be no one to contact. You will be left with agony and anxiety.

I paid my water supply tax on[protected] using tnurbanepay.gov.in for Colachel municipality ( Rs. 312 for connection number: 148/003/00011).

I see the amount has been deducted from my bank account but no receipt was generated. It's been 20 days, I don't even got the payment refund.

Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

I have paid the water tax for my home to Tirunelveli corporation through online mode on 16th July 21. but after entering my OTP in final step, there was no transaction ref. no. or nothing, it simply redirected to the home page. i am waiting till now for the receipt. in the mean time i enquired physically at the counter with the reference number i had in the bank statement for payment of water tax, but their reply was that we received no money...

After successful payment it redirected to home page but I didn't get any received. It is not showing in my payments section also.

I paid my property tax assessment no 146/028/00456 ( old no 146/66398) of Rs 1008/- on 11 Aug 2021 through online (Tirunelveli corporation) vide tamilnad mercantile bank reference no 33104577 to TECHPROCESS SOLUTIONS LIMITED and the amount has been debited from my bank account but receipt for the amount not yet generated. Please reconcile your account and rectify the issues.

House no 64A. Pankajam house street, Theni 625531.Owner name S. Sethulakshmi. The amount was deducted but the receipt was not updated.

I made payment for water tax for the year 2021-22 through the above website on 08 Aug 2021 vide Tamilnad Mercantile Bank reference id no 33023093 for Rs 1200/- for connection No 146/028/00905 (old no 146/280906) and the amount has been debited from my bank account but in the website the amount not shown in payment history and also still shown as outstanding due. please rectify the issue.

The site is not opening for quite a long period and I am not able to make my property tax payment. However, I got a notice for making the payment within 15 days. Since I am staying outside Chennai and could not make payment across the counter, the site may please be made enable as soon as possible to enable me to pay the property tax.
