Tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in — not able to add my engineering degree in my existing login

Address: Coimbatore, Tamilnadu

I have completed my be-ece in 2015. Not able to add my engineering degree in my existing login. The graduate engineering option is not available.
.
Before that i have added my sslc and hsc details in the portal.
I did it in 2011 in employment office, coimbatore.

But the same login id i am not able to add my engineering degree. Then the gradute engineering option is coming under madurai/chennai office
I tried madurai/chennai employment new login as well but but i am not able to save the date.

Please help me on the same. Because there is no customer care number or email id for tn employment. I have tried multiple sites to check the issue like youtube, quora and others but no help.
