i have registered in my 10 th std (2014) in chennai, virugambakkam, jai gopal garodia govt girls higher secondary school.After that 12th registeration is done in my school itself. I have forgotten my registeration number, password, user id. I had only one copy of that registerd form which i lost somewhere.I don't have any copy.Please help me to get my registeration number, user id and password.
