I forgot my password in TN velaivaipu portal. So I am trying to change my password but I can't change my password in this portal. It shows technical errors [There is no menu for this user] and [LoginDAO] : [updateResetPasswordData] : [SQL Exception]. Please advise me for the further process. Thanks in advance.
