Tnvelaivaippu.gov.in — Unable to reset the password online

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have forgotten my password to renew my employment card in the tnvelaivaippu.gov.in portal, But i am unable to do it ti shows some error as mentioned below.

[LoginDAO] : [updateResetPasswordData] : [SQL Exception]

I have to renew my card before 30th 2022.
kindly help me to sort this out.
My details are given as follows

Name - Iswarya.M
User id - CBD2004F00005153
Date of Birth - 24/01/1987

kindly look into it and conclude ASAP.
