Today Live Shoppings — company is not responding on call or mails, even though the order placed before one week.

I had placed one order for "yo corp watch with original m# band"before one week. After that there is no option to track the order status. Even no body is picking the customer care no to know abt the order status. There is no response from customer support mail id as well. I believe they are simply cheating and looting the money of people. Need help on the same
