[Resolved] Togofogo.com / Upr eCommerce — they send me fake iphone 6s plus.. and denying me for replacement

Mai ankit anmol hun, mai patna kankarbagh ka rehne wala hun. Maine togofo.com se iphone 6s plus 16 gb order kara but will fake nikla. Jub maine unke customer service ko complain kiya to wo phone le gye but abhi tuk mera refund issue nai kiya gya 1 months ho chuka hai. Orr na he wo replacement ker rhe hain. Kindly need your concerns about my problems..
