I use to get whatsapp messages in the name of 'tolexo' and sent many product details with prices. On 14th July 2022, I have ordered a wall mounting fan and paid money to the account, sent to me.
Following details he furnished to make payment and believe that he is your employee or owner.

So till date I have not received the product and came to know that Dileep Kumar Sharma is a fraud. I will take legal action surely. But, how they got my contact number and why 'Tolexo' is not taking any legal action against these frauds.

I keep getting product listing on my whatsapp on a regular basis. I liked 2 products. But before ordering I called and spoke to the number from which I got messages. He spoke convincingly, committing a date for the product to be received. He told within 2 hrs I will get the courier details. After making payment, they stopped responding. I kept on following for several days after which today he has blocked my number. The number is [protected]
They have all the details of Tolexo. Even Paytm Number belongs to Tolexo. They told that they are approaching their old B2B customers through whatsapp for those products which are either surplus or dead stock. The persons name is showing Dileep Kumar Sharma on Phonepe.

I have paid on 1st November, 2021 at 13.30 hrs over GPAY to Mr. Dileep Kumar Sharma on his account no. [protected]@paytm for electric serial set bulbs and a pair of shoes(size 10)
He has sent the list of products through his mobile no. [protected].
But the ordered products have not yet delivered and on repeated request over whatsapp and SMS the money is not refunded.
It appears he is a cheater/ making online frauds.

If you do not have stock of shoes please return my payment immediately otherwise I will do police complain against you .

Still not delivery of shoes paid on 24 November not responding of phone.

I bought from Tolexo long ago. Someone send images of safety gloves in whatsapp (+[protected]/+[protected] from phone numbers and said COD has stopped and order will be despatched against advance payment.

After completing advance payment no one is responding from these numbers.

I am sure there is a network of such people who dupe many genuine Industrial shoppers in IndiaMART/Tolexo.

Legal action should be taken against them otherwise many more people will get duped.

Mr Dileep Kr Sharma posed as Tolexo personnel in WhatsApp no. +[protected] alongwith Tolexo logo and after several conversations I have ordered a pair of Vikrant Marino safety shoes of size 7 for Rs 390. He asked me to pay the amount to Mr Brijesh Agarwal's phone pe no.[protected] and I have paid to him. Mr Sharma told that he will deliver the order by Friday, the 20 th August '21. Later, he told the date will be 23/08/2021. But now neither he nor Mr Agarwal is answering my call or messages, rather blocked me. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Through paytym rs.8040 in three steps on 3-10-17 and 4-10-17 on above telephone. For j-bal-ca-3231 and one toolbox.
Now no responce and put my telephone on reject.
This seems not fair on part of company.

With no reply legal suport to be asked thorugh court of law for this type of frauid and cheat.

I have purchased a Safety Shoes of Allen Cooper from the site of Tolexo.com on dated 02/06/2016. and the given warranty is 1 years. Now the Shoes got defected and i have launch the complaint for replacement or return but no response has been given by the Tolexo and Allen cooper both, Tolexo has refer me to Allen Cooper, But Allen cooper denied to provide the service as i have purchased it from Tolexo.com. They told to ask Tolexo to provide the service.
