[Resolved] Tolexo — Faulty material supplied and not replacing the same | |||||
Dear Sir, Company supplied me a faulty drilling rod, which broke on its second use. When I asked for replacement, they say it over the replacement day. Which is more than 15 days. When I explained them as this drilling machine should be lasting one and not to break on its second use, they have given me discount of 150 rupees. this is of no use to me now.
