I was a customer of tolexo and purchased two times vide
Invoice no-tolx/mah00019/16-17/000850 dtd on 07-feb-2017
And invoice no-tolx/del02350/[protected] dtd on 23=12-2016...
Through mr. Rinku sharma, who was your employee and his
Mob-[protected] and [protected] in my contact and phone well ringing also...
If it is fraud then pls support me giving proper address of same rinku sharma

Tolexo Customer Care's response Mr.Samantaray,

As per our telephonic discussion, Tolexo.com's online business is on hold since 2nd week of of February'17 till date.
Since you have purchased few products from Tolexo in the past, there was a process regarding the payment mode where our representative would sended you a link on which you have done payment for the product purchase.Moreover, the name which you have mentioned Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Rinku, they are not present in company presently and the number which you have mention is not registered on the name of Tolexo its registered on Mr. Rinku name.

So we will like to clear that Tolexo is not involved in any ways in this case, Mr. Gavrav/Rinku has done a big fraud and cheating you so please take legal action against them.

We have shared the details of Mr. Rinku with you on your whatsapp number, so please check it.
