The pump I bought from Toolsvilla has stopped working. I decided to check MY Orders for the order history so I could check the warranty information. I was surprised to see my order history blank.
Then I checked the email for the delivery information and the receipt. Again I was surprised to note that they did not send me the GST receipt, although GST was charged. There was no receipt or warranty info in the mail.
I called up Toolsvilla. The agent told me the warranty was for 72 hrs only. I asked about the manufacturers warranty. She said get it fixed by your local technician. We will give only technical support and parts. I asked her whom do I contact for this. She didn't know, so I guessed it was a fib.
Then she passed the buck by suggesting to write a mail to support, which I have done. Wonder if they will sort my issue.
Toolsvilla is good only for sale, not soe service. Be careful of them.
