Have purchased a chaff cutter from Toolsvella for Rs 24000, they have shipped a damaged unusable product, and has accepted replacement after several mails, now they have taken the damaged product back and my money is with them but still not shared any replacement details and not replying to my email. Am a farmer and I am facing losses without the machine that I have 0aid for....

The pump I bought from Toolsvilla has stopped working. I decided to check MY Orders for the order history so I could check the warranty information. I was surprised to see my order history blank.
Then I checked the email for the delivery information and the receipt. Again I was surprised to note that they did not send me the GST receipt, although GST was charged. There was no receipt or warranty info in the mail.

I have purchased machine for rs 28000/- on 9th October and till 18 th October not a single update from company I have received regarding product dispatch or delivery status.
I have mailed 3-4 times in company mail id but no Response and customer care number also cuts after voice recording.
No Response I got from Toolsvilla.
I requested to refund my full amount otherwise I will sue on company and their employees....

I have received a faulty product, it is an agricultural sprayer, which is not at all working 10%, water is leaking from all around the machin & from all the joints and the pump also not functions properly, I complaint many times but there is no proper response from the company, I have shared all the photos & vedio.

Had booked a product "heavy duty laxmi wet grinder 0.25hp, 2 litres per hr" by making full payment for rs. 8650/- on 11-apr-2019 via their payment link using payumoney link.

They had confirmed the payment their sales team had confirmed the receipt of payment through their official email id. [protected]@toolsvilla.com.

On 25th apr, 2019, after multiple follow up, they had confirmed of initiating the delivery of product...

Now they have taken the damaged product and have my money and not dispatching the replacement, when I mailed them they have replyed very rude and threatening with there internal policies. As a farmer I am facing losses and Toolsvella is not responding

The company Toolsvilla sent a faulty machine and after much complains they are still not taking the machine back rather telling me to fix it with a technician

I have written and called so many times ad ots been a month, the product delivery guy called saying he will turn up next day md never come, the product got returned and refund is not being processed, I don't think this is a legit company and need to file consumer complaint

I purchased a water pump for sewage cleaning from Toolsvilla, they Delivered product is broken and not working properly.
They delivered after a long wait & persuasion.
We filed a complaint to replace or refund but Toolsvilla is reluctant to replace or repair or refund.
I lost the amount of Rs.6500

After raising the complaint, they took a minimum of 6 days to respond.
There is a deficiency in service from Toolsvilla

Also, the motor is not a 1.5 HP motor, we have been cheated by this company

Order a machine from toolvilla and my order not arrived yet

I have ordered manual milking machine. The product delivered by toolsvilla is delivered 10 days delayed in a broken condition. It's not also working properly. Pressurisation is not sufficient for milking. I have complaint regarding this but they told for gas building of the broken part. I want to return but toolsvilla ignore this.

Ordered from Toolsvilla online for a 'Makita Electric Lan mover ELM4121' on 4th Oct'21. Till today the product is not delivered at Secunderabad. The courier is Delhivery. There are so many issues in delivery as per the courier like mismatch product, wrong delivery address etc for the last 10 to 12 days and the not delivering product. No positive response from Toolsvilla team except they will take up with courier team and deliver asap.

I have placed an order for oil free air compressor with order number11025936 on 7th july and also paid an advance of ₹1000 as surety after the customer service team called me and sent me a link to pay the amount. After paying the amount.. The customer service team again called me to inform that the product which i ordered (18l) is not available and they have (25l).. Having paid the amount.. I agreed to take the 25l. It was dispatched on 9th of july and still didn't reach the destination i have called the customer support team mr. Ram kumar and ms. Jyoti.. Around 40 times since the last 9 days... Phone number:[protected] every time i call them... They say only one thing... Your order will be delivered soon.. We have sent the details to our support team and you will get a call in 3 hours... They have never called back... And again when i call them... They have only one answer.. The order will be delivered soon.. We have sent your details to our support team... They will call you in 3hours... As this has become a headache for me i have called them to ask for a refund... They neither processing the request for refund nor are they delivering my product.. They say only one thing... We will deliver to your product soon... We have forwarded your details to our support team... They will call you in 3 hours... I even requested them to provide me the contact information of the courier service... So that i can contact them directly and collect the product myself... But they and not even giving me the contact information... I wanted the product urgently... But these people are troubling me... This is a headache and loss of revenue for me..
