[Resolved]  Toothsi — Refund of Rs.24000 not received. Fake doctors and unethical behaviour

I booked the Toothsi free scan and Mr. Mandar Chaughule who visited my place completed the scan and gave me a quotation of Rs.104, 000. I said I didn't have the budget and he then gave me a discount and said the final would be Rs.80, 000. I was still unconvinced, so he told me to pay Rs.24, 000 and then he would send me the second plan in 2-3 days of how my teeth would look post the treatment and if I am not satisfied, I would get a complete refund (no deduction). I take responsibility as I am from the doctor team, not the sales team is what Mr.Mandar Chaughule said.
(I am writing this on 9th March and still I haven't received my second plan.)
On 26th Feb, I got a call from smile buddy Mr. Anil Vishwakarma saying the first free scan that was done wasn't done properly by the scan person. It is at this moment I realise he is not the doctor who he was claiming to be. Also, the details he said didn't match what my plan would be as mentioned by Mr.Mandar.
My free scan was not done properly but it still gave me a 1st plan and took money from me and told me it would take about 6-8 months and ace aligners would be perfect for me.
I immediately messaged Mr Mandar and the Toothsi customer care team to cancel it as I was just discovering all the lies and I didn't want to risk my health in the hands o[censored]nprofessional who were just interested in making money.
Since 26th February, Mr.Mandar suggested I get in touch with a smile buddy assigned to me that is Mr. Anil Vishwakarma. He never got in touch with me and after continuously following up on in-app chat and call support I finally got a call from him saying I would work on it and to date no official communication on my email ID. He is always getting back to me as per the customer support team but he will just not give any resolution. I am just following up to speak with anybody from the team but people just keep transferring my call and then the message of no support executive is available.
There are times when a support executive picks up the phone and in 10 seconds cuts it and Toothsi sends a message about how was it speaking with the customer care executive. I have all these recordings and screenshots.
I have attached the screenshots of how for days I never received a reply from the customer support team, the smile buddy who was going to be assisting me through the journey is never available. Multiple tickets and efforts to reach the customer support team, what Mr.Mandar had to say when I questioned him about the refund claims and lying.
I just did a free scan from Toothsi and nothing else they have provided me. I made the cancellation request in less than 2 days after discovering the lies and still, they tell me the amount is not refundable. I am forced to take steps as I can't risk my health in the hands o[censored]nprofessional. The only resolution for all the trouble I have to go through for them not doing their job is to get my complete money back.
It is the hard-earned money of a fresh graduate who stepped into the job market and I seriously request everyone to support and help me get my money back.
