Once I have enquired about their service and dropped the idea. But from next day onwards am getting continuous calls from their sales team. Every time I tell them I am not looking for any service but they keep on calling. It's very disturbing when I will be in meetings and other office matters....

I used to get a lot of Marketing calls from Toothsi and decided to take up their service as I needed my teeth alignment done. This is to inform you that Toothsi are the worst in dental care and dont know how they are being promoted in the market for their services .At first they approached me and told me that we have to take digital scan of your teeth and alignment and shall then know wat kind of aligners will be fixed and told me that it can be done digitally done from home .They took the scan and started telling me the gap between my teeth is increasing and shall grow wider and wider due to which these aligners are required for getting it aligned . They also told there is a problem with the GUM and started telling me various thing which started making me conscious and terrified me and then they pressurized for the treatment and told me that the digital scan which has been taken is not sufficing the details which they wanted and then they made me travel to Dadar to their clinic .before that they had told me to make a down payment of 110000 and other 48944 was taken in the form of EMI as instructed by the Toothsi counterpart.

when i went to Dadar the doctor who i had to consult had already left for the day and was given an other appointment for the scan which had to be done .in the second sitting the doctor took the measurement of my alignment and told we shall give u the aligners and that shall help u in getting the things done .but when the doctor saw scans and told there is cavity and filling has to be done and then only we shall give you the aligners now i had made the payment and i had become the scape goat and told them i[censored] are a dentist u can do the same, they bluntly rejected it and told u should do it from outside and take the scan and show it to us and then only we shall process further with the treatment and wen i did it as per the requirement they took the measurement for the aligners and told it would be delivered

now when the aligners came and i tried it on, they are atrocious how can an human being wear the same dam unconfutable and dam painful and there is no results for the same and this cannot be used on regular basis and how they claim that this can be easily done, now when i m trying to reach them for a reversal they are bluntly telling that reversal cannot be done as a aligners has been sent to you and no refund shall be given for that amount .i felt i have been cheated Baldy and doctors are unprofessional and literally no client service and they have just looting the consumers by playing with the sentiment and i m writing this to the forum that i need a refund for the amount which i have paid as there is no response from toothsi end .Request your intervention and get a solution for the same

I entered my mobile number and details on the official Toothsi website to explore product options. Since that day (almost a month now) I have received min 10 calls a day from different numbers attached to Toothsi.

Not just that, I believe my number and details may have been sold to scam callers as I have been getting an huge amount of calls for the 'FedEx parcel' scam. I have also received calls from credit card scams as well.br...

Calling daily from different numbers inspite of requesting them to add to DND

Earlier by mistake I enquired once. They called me whole day daily for around a year. I blocked all possible numbers. Their executive talked to me in threatening voice. After 4 years also I am getting SMSs of procedure done.. why so much irritation.

They charge 300 inr online for a consultation and what they do in the consultation is ask you which package to take. Is that caused consultation. Paying money to be asked for more money without and prescription or consultation. Ridiculous.

On Dec 25th 2023, team took scan and I have opted toothsi product through EMI option which will be starting from Feb 2024. Since I'm not satisfied with the plan I raised the concern and I have cancelled the plan in 3-4 days after the payment. It's been more than 15days still I didn't get the refund amount. since the amount is not refunded in bank, and I have also not used the service yet, still the bank is taking charges. I have been calling the customer support for a long time. But still the refund process is not completed yet. Kindly take immediate action as soon as possible and provide the refund amount and do the needful as earliest.

I have paid Tootsi 75000 on October 30th 2023 . They have scammed me with the wrong details . When they released the actual treatment details I have denied the plan and wanted the refund .

I did not take any service from them nor got any kind o[censored]npaid service from them . They are not answering my call and they are no refunding . I walked into their and requested the refund, they said they will raise the request but nothing .. They are not refunding my money nor answering my calls

I'm totally fed-up with toothsi marketing calls, now they started calling everyday from various numbers, it is like mental harassment now.

They are not providing treatment and refund also. They looted 11000rs. Now I am asking refund they are not responding for my question.

I have paid 11, 000/- as a token amount for my tooth aligners plan, which I was told is fully refundable after cancellation, but I have cancelled the plan in 3-4 days after the payment and since 7 months there is no refund being processed by the Company, After repeatedly calling the customer support team they just ignore/delay my calls, and convince me to go ahed with my tooth aligners procedures and offer me with discounts, but I just didn't wanted to continue any further with their plan, and not its been 7 months and still they haven't processed my refund yet.

Just logged in and enquired about a toothsi product and from the last 6 months i am continuously receiving calls from unknown numbers about the same product at odd hours too.Really disappointing and harrasing, will never buy any product from this company

I have just take their services I have done every procedure but allingner are not fit for me as per their doctors said, my EMI is deducted every month I called them for the refund i mail them but their is no response from their side.

I asked them humbly many times that don't call me.. remove my number from the enquiry list... Still they just call call call !!!
This Toothsi has crossed all limits of harassing the us by calling 4-5 times a day. If you every open toothsi app and didn't buy any product, their sales team will leave no stone unturned in making your life hell by calling you unnecessarily everyday 4-5 times. This is really exhausting and irritating. I want to file police case on this Toothsi and it's promoters and also founders and specially their sales and marketing department!!!

E have got the second aligner kit where the aligners were not fitting properly, so we called the customer care and they asked us to visit Jayanagar Clinic to take the consultation. There a lady doctor she checked the 15th aligner and saw the improper fitting. So she took the re-scan of the teeth and sent to the production unit for new 2nd aligner kit on 24th Sep 2023 by 7.30PM. Doctor said we will receive the kit in approx. 15 to 20 days. Till now there is no message about it. We called to support number to check, they said on 16th Oct they have sent to production unit. Already there is a delay of 2 months in treatment and there is no SPOC assigned to us for any inconvenience caused during the treatment. Nor I have got any call from Toothsi till now. They have collected the complete treatment cost of 50000/- Need my treatment to be completed and initiate the process immediately or refund the complete amount with penalty of causing loss of restructuring of my son's teeth.

I had consulted toothsi for aligners and diring initial visit they din give me fill info.they just said this scan is enough and i will het my aligners after the cleanup of my teeth i will just again repeat a quick scan only.but later now they are adding additional steps of xray and some other things .for which i wont be able to continue andd hence i had raised call back request to cancel the plan.nobody contacted.i tried contacting cudtomer care multiple times anf they kept on tranferring calks btween different departmnet.finally one person game me maild id and i had sent cancel request multiple times in mail.Nnobody is responding.wen am raising this concern with smile buddy different people is calling amd trying to convince me to continue.now its already late and i will have to travel outside india..so i cant continue..i had not sone any steps and hence i shud be getting my refund.But nobody is rrsponding to my calls or emails
