Your attention is brought towards the treatment which has been implemented & the same has created agony to Dr. Tanuja, including the following issues:
Your preferred dentist did the extraction of the tooth as advised by your in-house dentist, who did not inform your in-house dentist that 3 teeth (Rt. 1st Molar, Rt. 2nd pre-molar, & Lt. 2nd Molar) of Dr. Tanuja are decaying, & also that her Lt. canine tooth is fractured internally.
Dr. Tanuja has not been able to chew solid food & was suffering from severe dental pain day in day out for the past 45 days, & this was informed to your in-house dentist also & to which nothing was advised.
Dr. Tanuja had visited a dentist on 6th August 2022 in a highly reputed & professional clinic where OPGs were conducted (3 OPGs attached), & the dentist there has advised that the treatment that is being given to Dr. Tanuja by “Toothsi” is not in line with the dental practice protocols, viz. the aligners are creating pressure on the decayed teeth & this has resulted in the speeding of thee decay due to which these teeth have to be extracted along with RCT.
