Dear sir,
I was taken loan by telephonic rs. 30000/ - from hsbc in the month of nov. 2013 and telephonic sanction and will repayment in 24 months installment.
In the first month installment they charge one time fee of 2% and i was paid him.,
From the day one i never broke any installment of rs. 1456/ - , after completion of 24 installment they showing outstanding amount rs. 31000/ - . All records are lying with us.
It is possible, if i paid all installment requarly basis to them the above amount will be showing out standing.
I ask to them why you impose the above amount, his answer bcoz you never operate the transaction so i cancel the card so you deposit one time balance amount.
I don't thing without my knowledge and concern how they will cancelled my card if closely at your end why should should i pay to him consolidate amount where i paid as file charges 2%
It's harassment only, he never want to sort out my case.
Again therefore requested to settle my case immediately.
