On going to cibil enguiry where the entry of credit card has shown out standing rs. 9584/ - , it's very surprise, in the year of 2002 i was paid all amount as according to your customer care guideline, and at that time he promise settlement will be sent shortly, but didn't received from your end. It is totally cheating by your customer care persons as well as icici credit card saction. I forget the credit card no. B'coz after final discution with customer care i distroyed on that time (2002)

After 13 years passed, i feel in icici bank credit card saction no one listion to customers grivence, and no one want to sort out the matter or not capable persons there or irresponcible persons working there.

I feel now it's totally govt. Deptt. Attitute, it's tottally harressment to customer as well as neglect to the customer request, once agian i request you please sort
The matter immediately otherwise we have no option but to file the case against you as early as possible.
