I was taken loan by telephonic rs. 30000/ - from hsbc in the month of nov. 2013 and telephonic sanction and will repayment in 24 months installment.

On going to cibil enguiry where the entry of credit card has shown out standing rs. 9584/ - , it's very surprise, in the year of 2002 i was paid all amount as according to your customer care guideline, and at that time he promise settlement will be sent shortly, but didn't received from your end. It is totally cheating by your customer care persons as well as icici credit card saction. I forget the credit...
