We have rendered vehicles to Tops security in chennai also head quarters mumbai.Our contract period was june2009 to june 2010 totally we had raised thirteen invoices now we only have got ten invoice's still did not get balance payment 10 Lakhs apprx.Frequently we asking payments them but they did not give any proper reply from tops security limited.in this case what should i do aganist tops? Kindly anyone help to get balance?

Still i have not get Payment from Tops Security Limited

also many mails to management but no use
kindly anyone help to get payment legally
