Service is not properly...light is not time to time provide...

Bhai aaj subahh se char baar light chali gyi hai or abhi bhi light nahi h Bhai kuch karo...

Why power cut off during this time...

My name is faizan. I live in wazir pura agra. My service number is[protected].
Mostly our power supply is stoped in 2 hours in week for 2 and 3 time. So please change the power supply line. And other power supply line is running of other houses about to our neighbors.
I have face the many problems due to power supply.....

As my service number 3155618 and bill amount due was rs 20, 000/- as against this by mistake i paid the said amount in service number "315561" . So my bill was still shows due.

Kindly help in this matter to refund the same

number of total days for bill, multiply by, jis bhi ek din ka sabse bada amount aya us din k hisab se jis slot ki unit price se.

matlab agar 4 din nhi ise ki bijli toh bhi un char din ka payment dena padega, kyunki maximum wale din k se total days ko multipy kar k bill banta hai. Aisa Torent power k office k ek employee se...

This is the worst power supply company, it cuts atleast 3-4 times per day, mostly in the night...

We had convert 3 phase from 2 phase connection
before many years ago
but company person only fit meter and don't convert 3 phase
now they all said your do is near from other wall
if they want to do they will moove dp 1/2 half foot other side
but they don't do that so please resolve our prob other wise refund our money for all procedure

I would like to draw you attention to the fact that I received the electricity bill of Rs. 610 dated 2nd June, 2021 (which I paid on 7th June, 2021) with bill no.[protected].
I again received the bill of Rs. 460 dated on 3rd July, 2021 with bill no.[protected]. I would like you to know the fact that the shop, to which the electric meter is attached, has been fully shutter-down closed for last six months.

This is to inform you that some days ago torrent power change my electricity meter from their side but after that changes my meter load has been change automatically. Its convert from 2KW into 3KM and bill generated amount also very huge. I request you to reduce my electricity load and regenerate bill for the same month.

There was a temporary connection near radha nagar, dayal bagh in name of mohd shahid. His meter was disconnected and cable was left on the ground as it is.There is current in the cable.

plz take the matter on urgent basis. Some mishappening can be done anytime....

Our regular bill amount is 1500/-. However, in recently received electricity bill the bill amount is 6580/- which is very high compared to previous bills. In this regard, I would like to registered a complain....

For last few days their is certain irregularities in main supply line like lower voltage (i.e 195 V) which should be 220 V with limited Fluctuation but here fluctuations are very high....
