Updated by laveshkatariya We were told that they will resolve this by 7th August 2021 but still haven't received any confirmation, because of this we are unable to shift to new home and we have to pay additional rent just because they failed to deliver what they said to be completed within a month and it's been almost one and half month now.
Calling them today then said it will now be fixed in next week losing all trust in their service.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that it has been noticed that continuous heavy fluctuation of voltage has been happening for the last three days in our area, due to this people are being electrocuted, electrical equipment are burning, short circuit is happening and many more problems are happening in our areas.
I had called customer care many times but they were not responding to us and resolving problems. Last month my brother lost his life due to electrocution, and I don't want this again.
Request you to please resolve this problem on an immediate basis else people can die or they can face huge lost due to this.
I hope you will take this seriously and resolve this problem at the earliest.

                        Hi Team,

Frankly I am not at all happy with the service I am getting with Torrent, Customer Care Number for Mumbra ([protected] and [protected]) are always busy not matter at what we call them.

When we go to Torrent Office at Bharat Gear Mumbra there are line and no one bother to answer are queries properly.

The Bill for service number "[protected]" for July 2021 is came with an amount if "5040" and its showing bill for the Months 3.3 that is from From 6 April to 6 July 2021.

Now my Concern is I have already paid Bill for April and May 2021, So why it is showing over all bill for 3.3 Months Including April and May which I had already paid.

Below is the message I have received for for the Month of May Bill and Attached are the Receipts for April and May and Bill for July Month.

I want my proper bill for June and July Months only. I will not pay any extra amount.

                        Thank you
