This is to inform you that some days ago torrent power change my electricity meter from their side but after that changes my meter load has been change automatically. Its convert from 2KW into 3KM and bill generated amount also very huge. I request you to reduce my electricity load and regenerate bill for the same month.

There was a temporary connection near radha nagar, dayal bagh in name of mohd shahid. His meter was disconnected and cable was left on the ground as it is.There is current in the cable.

plz take the matter on urgent basis. Some mishappening can be done anytime.

Our regular bill amount is 1500/-. However, in recently received electricity bill the bill amount is 6580/- which is very high compared to previous bills. In this regard, I would like to registered a complain.

For last few days their is certain irregularities in main supply line like lower voltage (i.e 195 V) which should be 220 V with limited Fluctuation but here fluctuations are very high.

Our electricity bill is more than consumption..there may be foult in meter.. kindly take corrective action against this complain as we have to pay bill

All the solar net metering consumers in Bhiwandi has not been compensated for many years for the the excess energy supplied to grid.

Service [protected] has disconnected without any information, got disconnection paper after disconnection of the same.

I had made advance payment except one month.

Not get any information for disconnection even after my email id and Phone number registered with service meter.

Now, i am following up for reconnection over call and thru eamils also since last three days after making pending payment.

Pls confirm way to close this as no body interested to give proper solutions from Torrent Power.

power failure in this area increasing day by day, this month more than 7-8 times long power failure (more than 2-3 hours every time) observed, Need to improve power stability. it may spoil company's image as people around here not happy with the services.

please resolve on top most priority.

Torrent power, Agra is doing a fraud with us every day from last 1 week they cut the electricity supply or dim the voltage and when we call them to ask about the fault every day they tell the same reason that there is some issues we are working on it.
Everyday from last 1 week on the same time they start facing issues and cut off the supply. Liers
Please take a strict action against them they are doing whatever they want to do. That's wrong if we are paying for the electricity supplies then they should be answerable.
On the same time everyday we are facing same issue electricity cutoff and they are explaining same thing everyday.

Continuously I am following up with you through email and phone but there is no response.I have raised multiple tickets with you still no progress, as per trailing mail I have requested for the escalation matrix and that also you didn't share with me.
As I informed earlier We have not been residing in the house since the last couple of years. Still We are getting heavy electricity bills, not sure what is the reason and this is how Torrent company is sucking money from the customer., that's really bad of you. !
Kindly request you to correct and refund my paid amount which I have paid just for the sake of the saving meter and fear of losing it as reconnection of meter and its formalities are so completed and time consuming.
I have already requested for temporary disconnection of the services and for high bills too, though I have requested it multiple times and raised tickets as well as connected through phone with customer help desk but I don't see any progress on it.Please refer below the old request, in case you don't correct it then all we need to do is consult a legal channel against torrent company.Shame on the company who sucks the money from customers where no electricity is utilized and with giving such high bills !!

We are electricity consumer with Torrent Power, Ahmedabad with consumer no 403244. We have consumed 432 units in last bill (attached). Torrent power calculator in app gives bill amount as Rs 2361.62. However, I am charged Rs 3607 in the bill. Kindly order Torrent to refund the extra amount charged along with Govt duty and GST.

I had a meter problem with Torrent Power. They have sent a resolution for the same in Gujarati language which i dont know. Even after constantly asking them to provide it in English. Plus Mr. Sitaram, A customer care officer was rude and very much impolite.

Main pole light of road from Gh 5 to Ch 5 turned off and they couldn't turn it on after so much effort as power supply sub station on road went of after shocks. They fetched supply line from DP near my house and it is high voltage, open and live. It as very dangerous for us and people around us. Please do something about it.

Complaint is in general interest and to avoid any incident.

As per above captioned matter, this is to inform you that I am the customer of torrent power service no.[protected] in the name of Shri bulaki das rathore house no. 21/154 Dhuliya Ganj Chauraha agra. there is too much voltage fluctuations in our electricity meter from 10:30pm of 29/06/2021 onwards and customer service number of torrent power ltd is also not working in this area. please pay esteemed attention to this matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.

My Bill for the month of June 21 which is exhorbitanly high, we are working professional and I am not convinced with the last bill generated, We have 1 A/c, tubelights n fan which is usually used n evening / night time so my daily consumption is not high, Last month bill is almost the double and almost high to my average bill amount. Request you to please look into the matter and expect a satisfactory and prompt response instead of knowledge sharing, it could be either of some faulty instrument or mis calculation, Unsatisfactory response will be escalated to concern government authority,

Hi sir/madam i had called many times on costumer care number for load extension in my torrent power connection but didn't understand its process or even requested head office but nothing happened

There was a short circuit in our mnc box 3 days ago and there were more than 40 houses who lost their electricity because of that after 20 hours the team came and fixed it somehow but now there is some fault in my connection and now its been more than 10 hours i have been continuously calling torrent power and they are acting very rude now there is no water at my house my father was tested positive last week what do i do how do i get help i am very helpless right now please help

Its been about a year since we are experiencing inflation in our torrent bills . We have two air conditioners at our house out of which we use only one mostly. The bill this month came out to be Rs.14109. It is getting difficult for us to afford this amount and we would like to get this problem inspected as soon as possible.

So cheap service, Our room is in diva east 400612 (thane), but no one is living there still 6 months, still they gave us electricity bill above 500. We complaint there so many times, we gave them the photograph or video of meter reading, complaint letter also, but still they are giving so much bill. Now what we can do ?. They said that pay this bill we will adjest or correct the next bill, but does nothing. How we can pay the bill. What we can do..? When we get justice about this..?
