We sold our property and request to close account...

From Sunday there is power cut in our area at night the light came and it is gone again I'm a student we have our exams how are we suppose to attend them. Please look into this matter as soon as possible....

There is frequent power cutoff in Parsik Nagar (Kalwa) without any notification. Despite of complaining many times, no action has been taken.
The electric pole which is in front of our building always blasts due to minor wind or rains, still no action. They should identify such areas, power supply requirement and act accordingly. Some additional measures to be applied....

My solar channel partner given application fr solar meter nd torrent raised pan card query and against tht they told me to give written application nd tht already provided on 14th may .

Still query not resolved nd meter installation pending frm long time ..

Worst customer service ... kindly resolve above issue on fast track...

Today morning 17-May-2021 we got message that for 2 hours there will be power cut which was ok but later no one is picking up the call in Torrent Call Centre. This is how you should give service to customer??

At night around 3pm our ac for 2 min. Have been off and everything also. It will spoil our 40000 ruppees...

Since Morning the electric power failure in Achanak Nagar Mumbra. There is no communication or information in advance for electric failure from Torrent company.

This is pathetic and irresponsible type of services.

Due to no electricity our kids and ladies are facing lot of issue.

I immediate need revert on this compliant or will escalte the issue to higher authority at Kalva torrent office tomorrow....

Few days back there was a power break in night in our area. After some time the technicians came and try to resolve the issue, but after that in some home there's a power and some of have not. The technicians not able to find out the proper solution, so they have joint the cables from the houses where there was a power to the houses which don't have. The cabling is totally unsafe. I call torrent costumer care and i am complaining about light, at 1:40am . The complain is about the light is cutoff of my house and any some houses and then my complaint is registered. After few mins a call arrived from unknown caller is([protected]) and he asked me in the rudely way or a abusive language, what's the matter and then i am explaining he abused me and cut the call....

I amthis company customer but service very bad Bhiwandi location power is 10 pm to २ am not power why...

My bill amount has gone from 400 Rs to 1500 in the last 3 months. On an average my bill was between 300 Rs to 450 max for the last 12 months.
Since the last 3 month I have been receiving very high bills. even though my consumption is the same as before. In my house we are 3 members, having 1 tubelight2 fansi fridge1 washing machine2 bulbs of 5 volts

Regarding the above subject, we are highly disappointed with the service and the attitude of the concerned person sent by you to install MSP unit in our society. By insisting again and again they change the old position of the unit and although we denied, they mount it on our side coman wall.

There was defect in meter and Torrent team replaced meter and charged the bill for Feb2021 with units 6times as compared to previous i.e around 200 unit in feb2020. When we asked questions they said its cumulative assumption of last 3 bills which were high.
They said they will check and actual bill will come. But Torrent power cheating the consumer and plundering with name of farud and mal practice of fault...
