Respected sir,
Regarding the above subject, we are highly disappointed with the service and the attitude of the concerned person sent by you to install MSP unit in our society. By insisting again and again they change the old position of the unit and although we denied, they mount it on our side coman wall.
The permission regarding mounting the unit is not given by us or any member or our chairman and secretary of our society.
We are here by urge to take the necessary steps to change the place o[censored]nit to the old one.
We hope and will wait for one week to receive the positive reply from your side failing which will have to move forward complaint to higher authority.
Hoping for your quick positive reply at earliest.

    Service No[protected].Name-Brijal s Prajapati. why charged other charges of Rs.150/- in bills. Same charged continues in many old bills. We have not purchase so many LED bulb from torrent Company. So reply in this matter & how much charged in this type charge. kindly reverse this amount as soon as possible....

    Dear Sir,

    There was defect in meter and Torrent team replaced meter and charged the bill for Feb2021 with units 6times as compared to previous i.e around 200 unit in feb2020. When we asked questions they said its cumulative assumption of last 3 bills which were high.
    They said they will check and actual bill will come. But Torrent power cheating the consumer and plundering with name of farud and mal practice of fault meters.
    And they are unable to retrieve exact unit that might be around 200 unit but they charged us 1200 units which is too high and without any justification.

    If Torrent team look into last 5yrs data they it's clear about unit consumed. And also post changing meter its give faulty result and units are adding too fast without utilizsting electricity.

    It's pure case of fraud and cheating and there is no gravince cell in Torrent power. Very strange.

          complaint: before one year ago i am getting a bill under 1500/ but now from last 10month i am getting a bill between 2000 to 2500 why its is you can verify my house i dont have air condition and all but every month i am getting reading above 200. In a month of march 2021 the reading was 202 and now in the month of april 2021 the reading was 262 how it is possible. My meter was so fast i don't know how may be the meter is faulty so pls visit and check my meter and please do the needfull.

              Wrong electricity bill

              Torrent power connected from January before January all due bill was paid. from the January billing unit is very high at that time we don't have that much things which consumed high electricity. also the Wheeling charges in January is high. apart from that we've totaled all the months electricity bill charges i.e. 4321.76 Rs. but the bill which is arrived had the amount Rs 4790. here also the amount is increased by rs 500. hence we are request...

                Last tym my units consumption in march-21 was 134 and charges were 1070 n in april it is 181 units n bill cost is 2550. In lockdown they cant just leave the charges or stop taking it instead of that they send high electricity bill.there is no man come to see the meter reading just sending the bills units by their own.

                            Excess amount deducted in the bill

                            Torrent consumer number : 259704.
                            Torrent is deducting Rs 689 in each bill for the Ujala fan and tubelights. I never purchased those item on EMI. I paid cash and have proof of that.
                            I have sent them proof of forged document of that agency. But still torrent has is dedcting Rs 689 in each bill.
                            Pl act on my request and help me to get back this amount....

                                Shifting of Meter

                                Address: A-3, Karnanvatinagar Near Bapasitaram Chowk New Naroda, Ahmedabad- 382345

                                Sir I had application for shifitng of Meter alongwith DP shifting around 8 to 10 days before and made payment around 10, 000 for that to the torrent power and when we ask through customer care that when will the meter shifting works will acually will be carried out they say that it is government formality and take some time.

                                My Complain is that how much time it will take to shift meter from one place to another even 8 days...
