Meter shifting is urgently required at same address due renovation of house...

Torrent power connected from January before January all due bill was paid. from the January billing unit is very high at that time we don't have that much things which consumed high electricity. also the Wheeling charges in January is high. apart from that we've totaled all the months electricity bill charges i.e. 4321.76 Rs. but the bill which is arrived had the amount Rs 4790. here also the amount is increased by rs 500. hence we are request...

At covid time eletricity not avaliable in kalwa west... Plz... Request to u dont close electic power in area......

Last tym my units consumption in march-21 was 134 and charges were 1070 n in april it is 181 units n bill cost is 2550. In lockdown they cant just leave the charges or stop taking it instead of that they send high electricity bill.there is no man come to see the meter reading just sending the bills units by their own....

As the above mentioned id the complaint is still not resolved here i attach the video of my meter reading. Please find the video and try to resolved it as soon as possible...

My electricity units for march was 353 and bill charged was 1680. In April month my electricity units were 287 but bill charged is 2600.

My billing cycle for taking meter reading is 20th of evey month but this time when person not came for reading I have submit reading on torrent power app and I recvd refernce number also but after this my ready showing different.

When u call to torrent power call center they not taking complain...

1 Light & 1 Fane Only Used so why very high bill of my house...

But this month i received high bill for Rs. 2047.12

Torrent consumer number : 259704.
Torrent is deducting Rs 689 in each bill for the Ujala fan and tubelights. I never purchased those item on EMI. I paid cash and have proof of that.
I have sent them proof of forged document of that agency. But still torrent has is dedcting Rs 689 in each bill.
Pl act on my request and help me to get back this amount....

Sir I had application for shifitng of Meter alongwith DP shifting around 8 to 10 days before and made payment around 10, 000 for that to the torrent power and when we ask through customer care that when will the meter shifting works will acually will be carried out they say that it is government formality and take some time.

My Complain is that how much time it will take to shift meter from one place to another even 8 days...

I track my daily consumption of electricity. According to my records, on 15th march present reading was 21838 but we received bill with present reading mentioned as 21938.

This is to inform you that we have installed solar power but still our meter is not installed from your side we have taken follow up many times but no one is listening giving false commitment again and again I wanted to know reason for delaying in installation kindly inform when the pending work will be finished from torrent side.
