Hi,
I am facing issues regarding the excessive amount of electricity bill for the month of February. Please address my concern and send your executive to check my meter.

आजकल हमारे एरीया में बिजली / लाईट असिमित टाइम के लिए गुल / बंद होने का सिलसिला टोरंट पावर की तरफ से चालू हुआ है, और इसका कोई जवाब आपके कंपनी के पास नही है।
दिक्कतें हो सकती है और होनी भी चाहिए, लेकिन हर दिन दिक्कत रहेगी तो कोई भी नहीं मानेगा, आपसे अच्छा तो MSCB का सव्हिर्स सही थी, हर बात का जबाब तुरंत मिलता था, बिजली का प्राॅबलेम अभी हो रहा है, उसकी कई गुना कम हो रहा था।
आपके कंपनी के किसी भी कर्मचारियों के पास कस्टमर के किसी भी सवाल का जवाब देने / उसकी समस्या का हल करने की की क्षमता है नहीं ऐसा लगता है, क्योंकी कस्टमर का सवाल कुछ भी हो, उनकी तरफ से दोही ज़बाब मिलता है एक टेक्निकल प्राॅबलेम ओर दुसरी कनसर्न डीपाटर्टमेंट को भेजेंगे, बस हो गया उनका काम।

This is to inform you that we have installed solar power but still our meter is not installed from your side we have taken follow up many times but no one is listening giving false commitment again and again I wanted to know reason for delaying in installation kindly inform when the pending work will be finished from torrent side.

This is to inform you that my flat (Flat no.102, 1st floor, Al Saleheen Apt, near Ark compound, Kadar Palace_Mumbra 400612. is vacant from past many months but still we have received electricity bill of 3270 along with notice of disconnection of our connection.as the flat is vacant and due to on going pandamic we were unable to pay visit to that flat.as per bill in February month the consumption o[censored]nit is 444 which is not possible as the flat is still vacant and there is no electricity consumption on that meter.

Hereby I request you to please look after this matter and make corrections as per the need.

Due to some circumstances, we could not pay bill for 1 year and our above service was disconnected.

We have asked to Restore our service that requires very lengthy procedures. As advice by Torrent Power, first we need to remove connection by giving so many documents and then again we need to give fresh Application for a new Service for Power which also requires Sale Documents, Id, Photo, Pass Book Etc.

Kindly simplify this restoration procedures as the connection is not new. This type of lengthy formalities and procedures results in customer dissatisfaction.

This is in reference to the submission of Solar line connection for service number as stated in the subject line .The request for connecting solar is pending for almost more than 30 days, you are requested to humbly consider this and take due diligence in completing the solar connection as immediately as possible, as this is pending from Torrent's end for sometime .Kindly depute your solar team to do suitable connection without anymore further delay.

Huge investment is made and we are not able to get the returns because of the height of lethargy from Torrent, who seems to be uninterested and even dont bother to respond to complaints and estimate the timeliness to get the solar connection done.

Awaiting a quick fast response in deputing the team to get the pending work done with out any more delay...

Meter reader noted the load of 2.78 instead of 2.18 on[protected] according registered bill was raised however I paid the bill please correct the load and revised bill my be prepared and amount will be adjusted in the next bill, here with I attached the proof of everything

Work of installation of meter is not donelast 3 months.

I have applied for increasing the sanction load of my house electricity
Even I am agree to setup a small DP at front of my house but torrent Power is putting one large MCB Box just like pannel box at my house I am requesting to keep one small DP if it is not possible to increase the sanction load but they are saying that...

Although Registration No. GUJ/P2/20-21/RT/RES/10212092 of the Roof Top Solar (RTPV) approved by the Discomfort and payment of Rs 2390.00 for Service No. 840543 is made, the work of installation of meter is not done.

The Solar Roof Too panel work was completed two months back and solar energy could not be utilised in hot summer. Kindly commence the work at the earliest. There is no reply of my Email dated 1.4.21 - Rajesh Chokshi.

On 1st April, 2020 I went to submit the solar file at Torrent Power, Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad. My dad is basically the channel partner of solar agency. As he had taken the covid vaccine a day back, he was having fever. I went down to the Amraiwadi Power Station. The Female employee down there was very rude in her behaviour. She asked me to rearrange the already arranged Doccuments and when I told her respectfully that, 'Mam I do not know much more things about this, can you help me to rearrange', she replied quite rudely. She asked me to submit the Doccuments that were not to supposed to be submitted at all(I know on the basis that I had submitted two other files at different offices and they accepted it very politely). I just want to know that on that particular day, I had visited three different offices of torrent power but the Amraiwadi office in particular has one of the most pathetic and rude staff members of all time.

My name is Abhinay Kumar. I am writing this mail on behave of my mother Mrs. Shridevi Yadav. I have applied for the new connection at torrent power, Agra on 30.11.2020 (Service No.[protected]. At that time i was told, due to unavailability of network, the connection at my place is not possible. It will take 2-3 months for the availability of network. Today (28.03.2021) almost after 4 months i called customer care for the status of my application and still gets the same answer that network is not available. How is it possible?The houses within 25meter radius to my home are well equipped with torrent supply then what is the issue with my premises?
I kindly request the torrent power team to look into this matter on most priority and resolve the same at earliest.

From the very first bill it is observed that 3 to 4 rupees charge as a delayed payment charges after due date. I have to state that I have paid all my bills well in advance ie before due date for that I have my Bank Statement.
Hence request you to look into the matter & reverse all these undue charges charge by you in every month & stop charging these undue charges from my bills now onwards....
