My meter reading is very fast. it is showing 170 units per month, even i am using only two led ligts one fan and one led tv

I Harish G. Shah have installed Solar panels at my resident 15, Swagat Bunglows2, Motera long back. All the relevant documents have been submitted to the torrent office on[protected]. As per the norms of torrent power ltd. it was informed that within 15 to 20 days the meter will be installed. 28 days have been passed but till date no solar meter has been installed. So many times personally inquired at torrent every time received same answer...

Many times complain but Torrent power customer care not working and not responding . As per rulles cable not fix on wall without owner permission. Torrent engineer fixe Torrent cable on my wall without permission. I am complain Torrent power excutive say charge paid by me. My nebour meter cable fixed on my premises. I give complain against two times to Torrent power sabarmati plugged house office Torrent engineer is wrong report it's not possible to shift ing but cable shifting possible. I think engineer relative my nebour other wise corrpted . He say I am not taking with you he don't keep phone.
Incharge Deepa Madam Torrent power plugged house not give proper response. Nothing do anything in this matter.

I had called two days before in your customer care; they replied that your documents submitted on 23/02/2021 so, after submission of documents your meter will be installed within week. Now today i called your customer care; they replied...

There was fire in our place on 18th Feb and since then we have been following for re-storation of power. We have been running from pillar to post with submitting what all requirement.

We had applied for new meter since 1 month your man came and verified the location but still no response from your side I am still waiting reply from your side for depositing the amount I just want status of my meter. Please provide me the latest status of possible.

With reference to above, since last two billing cycle i.e. for the month Dec-20 & Feb-21. We have received bill of Rs. 47980/- & Rs. 55820/- respectively. Whereas for the billing cycle Oct-20, August-20 & June-20 was Rs. 33460/-, Rs. 29280/- & Rs. 63320/-(Lockdown Period of two billing cycle of i.e. March, 20 to june 20 of four months) respectively. Also units consumption are also increased in spite of no change in our utilization of electricity- Mainly street light and water supply motors.

The normal units utilization are approximately around 4000 units whereas for last two bills cycle, units of consumption shows 5998 units for Dec-20 and 6973 Units for Feb-21 i.e. increase by 2000 units for Dec-20 & 3000 units for Feb-21.

The utility of electricity is as usual and normally only for street light and water bore supply to the members only as utilized since several years.

Please look into the matter and give credit for excess bill for last two billing cycle for the month Nov, 20 & Dece, 20 and Jan., 21 & Feb., 21

We are shocked by the bills of electric supply and in abundant caution we have made the payment so that electric supply may not be suspended or cut off.

Expecting your prompt action in the matter.

We have been using torrent electrticty at bhiwandi. Our ware house is closed and not in use and there is no use of any electricity for last 1yr.
but still we have been receiving bill amount of 800 is the recent prior to this was also more. I would like to request to kindly check what is the issue and why are we receiving such bill when not in use.

I apply for a new connection(service no.[protected] in August 2020but still I didn't get my new connection there is no dpc in my colony so they all are saying that they will whole charge on us but after some time new dpc is provided in my colony and they are giving new connection to all .they want whole charge to me they made 2 quotation for my connection 1.electrification(40000)
2.meter charge (4500)
They giving new connection to all in just meter charge why they want all money of the dpc to me that's not good ..I'm still running to your service center which is 20 km to my house they didn't respond me still your employees making me fool since last 5 months .after dpc is provided I fill the seenon form but still I didn't get any response from your company or center
