Power cut issue was there overall since morning but other companies for eg reliance mseb etc solved issue quickly in 3 hrs but this torrento is even not receiving call or not sending mess about when light will come continuously trying to call from morning they are not responding also they charge high rate of bill every month but according to that there services are very poor now it is almost 10 hrs n still there is no response.

      Myself ashvinbhai chandubhai maraviya in the area of torrent power ahmedabad with service number 3228644 had made the application for installation of net metering facilities on my house premises pursuant to the installation of solar rooftop plant through service provider abellon solar.

      All the requisite payments have been made by me.

      The solar plant has been installed and only awaiting installation of meter by torrent power. The application number provided is slryinscrt-3228644 and ideally the meter should have been installed by 31.08.2020.

      After much delay the representative from torrent visited by premises on 10.09.2020 but didnot install the meter and till date the installation of meter has not taken place. I have tried to contact torrent power multiple times i have not got proper response from them nor any proper reason.

      Request your intervention and help me resolve my problem.

            I am rajesh krushna rasale. I have a shop on the ground floor in chandrabhaga apartment at mankoli bhiwandi. My service no is [protected]. But since the shop is closed. There is no electricity. There when i went to see the shop, i saw that the shopkeeper next to me had stolen the light from my meter. I get billed around 1000 every month when i have no single electricity use. Take action at that shopkeeper as soon as possible.

              Hello team,

              This is with reference to inaccurate consumption units-2082 and high bill charges-rs 11, 520 that have been sent to me for september 2020 month.

              I dropped a first mail complaint on september 5 to your customer support team of kalwa-mumbra division stating about looking into the high bill issue sent to me between march to august month.

              You reading collection team has not visited my residential premises to collect the reading and as a result you had sent high bill.

              Accordingly, i shared the required details for you to look into the issue.

              Then too i didn’t receive a call from customer care executive.

              Only one call i had received from customer care whom i had asked to give me a call back later on which didn’t happen. I had sent over four mails to you and my complaint has not been resolved.

              To my surprise, your team has sent me high bill for energy which i haven’t consumed for september month.

              Kindly look into this issue asap.

              I was not at my residence for March-June 2020 period and then too high bill consumption units have been sent to me and instead of reassessing the calculation of bill your customer support team is thrusting such high bill on me. They citing reasons of actual consumption for this which in reality it's not.

              Kindly rectify the bill assessment as early as possible.

                      I have paid the amount of rs. 6000 a few months back to increase current. I have not got any single call or no engineer visited my place for the service. I have the receipt but nobody answers from torrent power naranpura. Fraud has happened to me.

                        We (Service No - [protected]) have received an electricity bill in the month of June 2020 after 4 months (March, April, May & June) claimed total used units 796 which is charged by 8510 rs. I would request kindly share a detail calculation for the charged amount on used units.

                        Also, there are some mistakes/discrepancies into claimed units on the App bill & Ebill /hardcopy bill for the month of February, March, June & July 2020 which I am attaching below for your reference.

                        I already visited a local torrent office but did not get satisfying answers or calculations from the customer care executive.

                        I am the only bread earner after my husband passed away. This is the huge amount to paid.

                        Kindly do the needful.

                          Hi, My self Pankajkumar B Prajapati I have a electricity connection with torrent power Ahmedabad with service number 677956. In June 2020 bill i used 1087 unit as per bill and the bill amount was 3870 INR and in current months bill i used 686 unit as per the bill and amount is 5110 INR. as i called to the customer care they told to me that we issued the bill as per your usage. and also not give me government subsidy. my humble request to you please find out the details and help me as soon as possible. in every time bill my bill amount goes high and high. before this my every bill was within 2500 to 3000 INR but now its enough. please save my hardcore earn money and make me help out.

                                Dear Sir/Madam
                                I write concerning the above account.
                                The meter is currently showing a reading of [8319]. I do not accept that the meter is recording accurately.
                                The bill in question because the supply connection premises was locked since 27/03/2020 and the same day meter dp was switch off due to non use of electricity in the premises on account of lockdown and the reading was recorded 7109
                                As lockdown was release some unlock time on dated 08/06/2020 we have check the meter reading on dated 10/06/2020 it was showing 7110 that means only 1 unit was consumed, but the average bill around 3000 generated by the Torrent Power
                                But when we got the June Bill it shows 1210 unit consumed and the reading shows 8319 but the room was locked
                                Now in July bill meter showing same reading 8319, and room is also locked
                                I inspected the meter with video shooting with no appliances in the room and all main switch was turned off and noted that meter is not showing pulse consumption.
                                It is clear that either the meter is faulty or that there is some other problem.
                                Either way, the bill is not a true reflection o[censored]sed.
                                As and when we approached to your shill office your executive assure us to visit to see the meter condition but no has come
                                Sir the July month bill is around 19150/- out of which the Feb-March 2020 bill is Rs.2800 which is actual consumed by us
                                Due to non availably of any complaint option for Mumbra kalwa online portal your executive also assure us that it will function with two days but it was not working we have registered for call back option but no call come from your department
                                I have video shooting of the meter reading, cabin, and vacant room also and agreement copy which shows the room was locked, which I can submit as and when demanded by you
                                I now wish to request you to carry out a test on the meter at my home.
                                I look forward to hearing from you with a suitable date for the test to be carried out.
                                so that my wrong bill can waived off
