I am rajesh krushna rasale. I have a shop on the ground floor in chandrabhaga apartment at mankoli bhiwandi. My service no is [protected]. But since the shop is closed. There is no electricity. There when i went to see the shop, i saw that the shopkeeper next to me had stolen the light from my meter. I get billed around 1000 every month when i have no single electricity use. Take action at that shopkeeper as soon as possible....

This is with reference to inaccurate consumption units-2082 and high bill charges-rs 11, 520 that have been sent to me for september 2020 month.

I dropped a first mail complaint on september 5 to your customer support team of kalwa-mumbra division stating about looking into the high bill issue sent to me between march to august month.

You reading collection team has not visited my...

House is vacant. Why so high bill. Every month average bill is around 210.

I have paid the amount of rs. 6000 a few months back to increase current. I have not got any single call or no engineer visited my place for the service. I have the receipt but nobody answers from torrent power naranpura. Fraud has happened to me.

We (Service No - [protected]) have received an electricity bill in the month of June 2020 after 4 months (March, April, May & June) claimed total used units 796 which is charged by 8510 rs. I would request kindly share a detail calculation for the charged amount on used units.

Also, there are some mistakes/discrepancies into claimed units on the App bill & Ebill /hardcopy bill for the month of February, March, June & July 2020...

The meter is currently showing a reading of [8319]. I do not accept that the meter is recording accurately.
The bill in question because the supply connection premises was locked since 27/03/2020 and the same day meter dp was switch off due to non use of electricity in the premises on account of lockdown and the reading was recorded 7109

We have multiple users doing work from home which is making it impossible for us to work. We have no support from local torrent power team and technicians. No one logs the complaint, no one to pick up the phone at customer service. I think its best for torrent power to shutdown permanently i[censored]nable to provide service....

I noticed from last 10 years your FPPPA charges risen from 0.75 to 2.5 appr...which almost 3 times...in this situation where income of middle men not increases 3 times...electricity, water, food, medical, education.. these are basic necessities of people...prices of these type of things should be normal...and not huge profit making..i humbly request to Govt...be human......

My average monthly bill is between 2200 and 2500. But in july
But all of a sudden in july a bill of 6000 came for 2 months.
How is all this difference??...

Hello sir how can you provide light bill without seeing our meter and its reading.
I checked my reading of last four months its someting 1000+ and you said your bill is 9000 how can you be that much sure about that. Please come and check the meter and after that provide as a bill after that we will pay to you. And in lockdown we have no work to do so we have no salary in this 2 to 3 months atlest you sould not take 1 month light bill...
