Yesterday they have disconnected power from meter, today morning I have paid the bill since morning your associates at kalyan naka branch assuring me that power will restore within 2 hrs but till now over 9 hrs done but no resolution yet.
For the same I have put online complaint also but nothing happen.

    This is regarding wrong meter reading since last August 2020. I have noticed that the meter reading units in bill is continously printed as 200 units from last 4 months .

    Meter reading units is shown more than the actual unit.

    I have attached the current meter reading photo for your ready reference kindly look into this matter and resolve the same.

      Respected Madam/ Sir,

      This is with utmost disappointment that I (Ritu Garg and Barkha Bansal) have to write a mail to Torrent head office, Hyderabad after visiting and meeting multiple officers and the so-called middleman 'Dalal' that are associated with Torrent Agra office (details of one such person attached herein, with charges for his esteemed services for file preparation).

      Application for a new connection, application no.[protected] was applied on 17/08/2020 (document attached) and till date the same has not been approved and the connection has not been awarded on my shop, address of which is shop number Shop no 305, Sector 2, Transport Nagar Agra, 282002

      To my surprise, a Torrent connection was already existing on the same premise with the old owner of the shop and the connection number was[protected]document attached) however with the change of the ownership of the shop the old connection has been disconnected and a new connection was applied with the number[protected] as mentioned above, which is still pending.

      Time and again, we have been receiving excuses from the Torrent officers, sometimes to bring some document or the other, sometimes to bring an approved map of ADA and so on but no progress on the new connection. All necessary Agra Nagar Nigam Tax and Tehsil tax receipts are also attached herein. If this documentation is such a roadblock, can we get an explanation as to why there was an existing Torrent connection on the same premises without all documents in place or why there are other Torrent electricity connections at all the nearby shops on the same road. If the documentation is insufficient then shouldn't all the connections of all search nearby shops be disconnected. Please explain.

      I am writing this mail to you to get your urgent attention and support on this issue as this delay in getting a new connection is significantly impacting me mentally and financially. Request you to look into the matter, mark it to someone who can get this resolved and proceed to next steps. Expecting your help, recommendations with urgency and positive next step.

          I am household user of torrent power ahmedabad my customer id is 3126401, i have complaint to torrent regarding the energy usage reflecting in my bill, thats why bill amount goes to drastically high,

          my neighbour are getting less bills with the same energy usage, or may be less or high but this diffrence is huge,

          Please check immediate as i have raised earlier but didnot get the satisfactoy asnwer from torrent,

                I have been paying electricity bills for my 1bhk room in Karrm Nagri, Pimpri Village, Dahisar Mori. Since February 2020, I am paying the bills based on the average of previous bills and it is still continuing. From April 2020 onwards, my room is vacant as the tenant has left the place. Still I have been paying Rs. 530 per month.
                Today when I contacted your Customer Care executive, I was informed that my electricity meter is faulty and that is why I am forced to make high payments even though no-one is staying at my room.
                View above, kindly replace the Faulty Meter at the earliest.

                  Torrent Power took 1 paisa more on the Govt Duty. Suppose My Total Charge o[censored]ses of electricity was 1224.07 and torrent impose of the Govt Duty 183.62.

                  Torrent Power calculate wrong the Govt Duty. As per my calculation of the Govt Duty is 183.61.

                  Why are torrent power took more 1 paisa on the Govt Duty? It is also question how many amount are return to government.

                    My name is Manish K. Desai. (Ph [protected]).
                    Before 2 years cable fault occurs and electricity failed.
                    My S. no of torrent is 298865.
                    As a part of a temporary solution, they had given us a connection with an external wire. Which is hanging around. Today is 17th October 2020.
                    From the last 3 days, JIO people are digging and they were doing their work.
                    They are digging and pulling pipes.
                    So what is wrong with Torrent people even though 2 years passed they are not getting permission?
                    If they are right please help us to get RO permission as if due to these hanging cables any time big accident may occur.
                    Even fire may broke out.
                    Who is responsible to this?
                    Please don't do as our Gujarati proverb "Aag lage pachhi kuvo khodavo".

                          Power cut issue was there overall since morning but other companies for eg reliance mseb etc solved issue quickly in 3 hrs but this torrento is even not receiving call or not sending mess about when light will come continuously trying to call from morning they are not responding also they charge high rate of bill every month but according to that there services are very poor now it is almost 10 hrs n still there is no response.

                              Myself ashvinbhai chandubhai maraviya in the area of torrent power ahmedabad with service number 3228644 had made the application for installation of net metering facilities on my house premises pursuant to the installation of solar rooftop plant through service provider abellon solar.

                              All the requisite payments have been made by me.

                              The solar plant has been installed and only awaiting installation of meter by torrent power. The application number provided is slryinscrt-3228644 and ideally the meter should have been installed by 31.08.2020.

                              After much delay the representative from torrent visited by premises on 10.09.2020 but didnot install the meter and till date the installation of meter has not taken place. I have tried to contact torrent power multiple times i have not got proper response from them nor any proper reason.

                              Request your intervention and help me resolve my problem.

But since the shop is closed. There is no electricity. There when i went to see the shop, i saw that the shopkeeper next to me had stolen the light from my meter. I get billed around 1000 every month when i have no single electricity use. Take action at that shopkeeper as soon as possible.

                                      Hello team,

                                      This is with reference to inaccurate consumption units-2082 and high bill charges-rs 11, 520 that have been sent to me for september 2020 month.

                                      I dropped a first mail complaint on september 5 to your customer support team of kalwa-mumbra division stating about looking into the high bill issue sent to me between march to august month.

                                      You reading collection team has not visited my residential premises to collect the reading and as a result you had sent high bill.

                                      Accordingly, i shared the required details for you to look into the issue.

                                      Then too i didn’t receive a call from customer care executive.

                                      Only one call i had received from customer care whom i had asked to give me a call back later on which didn’t happen. I had sent over four mails to you and my complaint has not been resolved.

                                      To my surprise, your team has sent me high bill for energy which i haven’t consumed for september month.

                                      Kindly look into this issue asap.

                                      I was not at my residence for March-June 2020 period and then too high bill consumption units have been sent to me and instead of reassessing the calculation of bill your customer support team is thrusting such high bill on me. They citing reasons of actual consumption for this which in reality it's not.

                                      Kindly rectify the bill assessment as early as possible.
