    My service no is[protected]. Location shilphata. We jave power failure issue every single day which is not acceptable. We have multiple users doing work from home which is making it impossible for us to work. We have no support from local torrent power team and technicians. No one logs the complaint, no one to pick up the phone at customer service. I think its best for torrent power to shutdown permanently i[censored]nable to provide service. Extremely unprofessional, i am sure that i will need up highlighting this issue with media if issue is not resolved.

      I noticed from last 10 years your FPPPA charges risen from 0.75 to 2.5 appr...which almost 3 times...in this situation where income of middle men not increases 3 times...electricity, water, food, medical, education.. these are basic necessities of people...prices of these type of things should be normal...and not huge profit making..i humbly request to Govt...be human...

        My average monthly bill is between 2200 and 2500. But in july
        But all of a sudden in july a bill of 6000 came for 2 months.
        How is all this difference??

          Hello sir how can you provide light bill without seeing our meter and its reading.
          I checked my reading of last four months its someting 1000+ and you said your bill is 9000 how can you be that much sure about that. Please come and check the meter and after that provide as a bill after that we will pay to you. And in lockdown we have no work to do so we have no salary in this 2 to 3 months atlest you sould not take 1 month light bill that much you do

              My electricity bill never reaches more than rs. 500rs but suddenly the bill in june that i have received is for rs. 4.636. And 161rs in may, the power consuption of may and june is quite same... How is this possible? My all past 6 months bills is not more then 500rs...

                          This is to draw your attention that there is frequent power cut in our area - greenland park, shil road 400612, for no reasons. Even if weather conditions are good, there is no rain no thunder, then too there is power cut which is really annoying...

                                  overcharged electricity bill

                                  We have received an overcharged electricity bill for the month of march, april & may 2020 during the lockdown.

                                  Our past history shows the consumption track... Lockdown doesnt give us the opportunity to install 5 or 6 airconditioners or other appliances as it was lockdown:)*irony*... Then can torrent power explain me that if i didnt bought or installed any appliances how come we are using these much units of electricity. br...

                                  In march, april and may i paid for the 131 units consumed by me... But suddenly in june it's showing 670 units... I think there is a big discrepancy here.in our building everyone got an over charged bill.. One flat is charged 17000. Also i called the customer care and no one answers.. Some stupid tape plays continuosly saying band feeder.

                                    Due to lock down the apartment was closed for more than 2 months and there was no use of electricity even though i have received last bill dated 25th april 2020 amounting to rs.1200/-. The meter reading is also 2435 units.

                                    For the month of march the bill was for rs.60/- only. Please verify and let me know why the bill is so high.
