Hi, my connection no is[protected]. I regularly check my load on daily basis, i was shocked to see that on 31/05/2020 night at 22:50 hrs my load was displayed 1.94 kw which is running continuously since past 2 months whereas on 01/06/2020 my load at 06:15 hrs it displayed as 3.64 kw
Plz rectify this error and help to resolve on utmost priority.

Our average bill is of maximum rs 1500 to 3000 per month, but in this month of june 2020 we have got an inflated bill of rs. 8360, that is 4 times the average bill and as compared to last year's same month the bill was in average so it is not possible for the sudden spike and we have exactly same or even less power consumption in last few months, hence we are not expecting higher charges. I've paid the last electricity bill on april 2020 of amount rs 2500 of consumer no.3145398 and today i received a message from torrent power that your new bill is due of rs. 8360 how it can be possible that this much bill came. So kindly look in this matter and provide solution on this matter on urgent basis....

During this difficult time, torrent power is charging 4 times bill to its customer.
I request strict action on torrent power. We are not getting proper service as well in my area (Kalwa - thane - maharashtra-india)....

Please waive of excess charge or i will complain in consumer court. People are facing covid19 issue and u are trying to kill them.

At kalwa, kharegaon.in front of my optical shop torrent power electrical company installed one electrical pole with high voltage covered shilled cable. But cable is not constructed...

Every month we used to receive a bill of about 800 rupees. With the same level of consumption the units for this month shows a dramatical increment. The units are almost tripled.The bill is about 2550. They haven't replied to the emails as well!!!...

House has been closed for last 2 months and none of device is in use except fridge and bill amount is charged without reading ie 900 is amount when house is in use and have charged amount which is wrong.

Hi,

I receive the electricity bill in period of every 2 months. So, my bill for april month i. E., for march and april month is rs. 880/-.

However, i was in my flat for 1st to 20th month and then at 21st march i left for my hometown. But still i charged 880/-.

The bill for jan. And feb. 2020 was rs. 540/-

So, i would like to get my bill reviewed again.
