In march, april and may i paid for the 131 units consumed by me... But suddenly in june it's showing 670 units... I think there is a big discrepancy here.in our building everyone got an over charged bill.. One flat is charged 17000. Also i called the customer care and no one answers.. Some stupid tape plays continuosly saying band feeder.
. Please help as i can't afford to pay such a huge amount. Service no [protected]

    Billing very much high

    Due to lock down the apartment was closed for more than 2 months and there was no use of electricity even though i have received last bill dated 25th april 2020 amounting to rs.1200/-. The meter reading is also 2435 units.

    For the month of march the bill was for rs.60/- only. Please verify and let me know why the bill is so high.

    Our service number is[protected]. Name - kamla kingrani. We are getting charged light bill over rs 5000 from past 2 months. We never had this much light bill till date. There is some issue with this. Can you please check why this much light bill is being charged to us as this is definetely wrong. We never used to get bill higher than 3.5k even in summers. Please take this matter into priority and resolve this issue for us.

      In this time, i got recently light bill through the message, extremely high bill (Rs. 3240) in the month of june-2020 but i did not get hard copy of bill. I am shocked to see the msg of bill.
      You can also check my previous all records of light bill. Previous bills are given below:-
      May - rs. 430.
      April - rs. 420.
      March - rs. 600
      February - rs. 300. Etc. These were previous bills and already paid on time to time.

      So i kindly request resolve my problem as soon as,

        I had paid the torrent bill on 10th may 2020 of rs. 1090. That's already high as our bill amount usually remains around 600 (Average). On 8th june'20 i checked the torrent site and its showing bill of rs. 2010. How is this possible? This is purely loot. Without meter reading you are sending the bill and that too almost more than 3 times of normal average bill. My service number is[protected]

          The electricity bill extremely high and we were not even at home! Usually there are three people in the house and our bill was 950.
          The bill for last billing cycle is 2800/- which is shocking. At this time when we are facing difficulties with our job, getting salary cut it’s impossible for us to pay such high bills that doesn’t even make sense.
          There was just one person in the house and electricity has not even been used much. It can in no way be that high. Please look into this.

            Bill amount is more than used.

            Dear Sir,

            My service no.[protected]. I have paid my all bills from during lockdown period also. In current bill of May-2020 showing bill of 91 days and also showing last which I had paid on insta pay desk last on 15/05/2020 Rs. 240 and also showing last units of Feb month in current bill of may-2020 wrongly. Here attachments are attached for your reference.
            Pls do the needful as soon as possible....

            Hi, my connection no is[protected]. I regularly check my load on daily basis, i was shocked to see that on 31/05/2020 night at 22:50 hrs my load was displayed 1.94 kw which is running continuously since past 2 months whereas on 01/06/2020 my load at 06:15 hrs it displayed as 3.64 kw
            Plz rectify this error and help to resolve on utmost priority.

              Our average bill is of maximum rs 1500 to 3000 per month, but in this month of june 2020 we have got an inflated bill of rs. 8360, that is 4 times the average bill and as compared to last year's same month the bill was in average so it is not possible for the sudden spike and we have exactly same or even less power consumption in last few months, hence we are not expecting higher charges.                   Our average bill is of maximum rs 2000 to 4000 per month, but in this month of may 2020 we have got an inflated bill of rs. 20, 000, that is 6 times the average bill and as compared to last year's same month the bill was in average so it is not possible for the sudden spike and we have exactly same or even less power consumption in last few months, hence we are not expecting higher charges. They said they have included the past month's difference amount but it cannot be this huge difference of approximately rs.6000. Please look into the matter on priority.

                    During this difficult time, torrent power is charging 4 times bill to its customer.
                    I request strict action on torrent power. We are not getting proper service as well in my area (Kalwa - thane - maharashtra-india).

                        I am mr. Rakesh anant jadhav with consumer number.[protected] has received bill for may 2020 for rs 5450.00... I am not going to pay single penny of this. Why you are charging all of sudden. Please waive of excess charge or i will complain in consumer court. People are facing covid19 issue and u are trying to kill them.

                                  At kalwa, kharegaon.in front of my optical shop torrent power electrical company installed one electrical pole with high voltage covered shilled cable. But cable is not constructed under earth. It is opened on surface and people cant have walking road/footpath. Same cable also blocked my shop in/out way. It is very high voltage and dangerous for people.
