Services Number [protected], The bill for march has come more . So plz check it because our bill comes from 1700 to 1800 bill every month how come in the month of march, then check to send and correct the bill by reading check .

Light goes Every day in the afternoon in this summer in our area jivrajpark.

The bill in the month of April is excess. 1000 units has been not come in past 5 years.

Hi,

I receive the electricity bill in period of every 2 months. So, my bill for april month i. E., for march and april month is rs. 880/-.

However, i was in my flat for 1st to 20th month and then at 21st march i left for my hometown. But still i charged 880/-.

The bill for jan. And feb. 2020 was rs. 540/-

So, i would like to get my bill reviewed again.

I have written this complaint regarding a high electricity bill on may-2020.

Normally I received Rs. 200-250 electricity bill but In this may month I received a very high amount of bill so please check any electrical instrument error or any manual mistake by bill maker.

So, Please solve my query regarding a high bill.

I payy rs.2000 today 01/05/2020 online to torrent power as advannce payment for service no.983055 on bill desk using bank of baroda debit card. On bill desk for payment up to rs.2000 no charges taken but today on payment of rs.2000 on bill desk by using debit card, rs.16 was debited from my account i. E. Rs.2016 (Rs.2000 + rs.16 = rs.2016) from my bank of baroda account no.[protected]. This is not good. Please credit rs.16 to my account which was debited inspire of condition not to take any charge up to payment of rs.2000 - d. P. Desai, nilam81. [protected]@gmail.com, mobile no.[protected]

Pl be informed that my residence is closed, being away from ahmedabad, since
August 2019.in between whatever minimum bill amount, has been around rs 50/-, charged / billed and informed to me was paid on or before due date.
This time i hv been informed to pay rs 200/- bill details are not made available.
Payment is due on 06/05/2020. Service no. 929005.

Need new meter

Our security deposit of 2910 rs has been held with torrent power.Whenever we call them to refund it they tell that you have to close connection then only you will rceive your money.Now everyone knows that torrent power is only one that provides electricity in our area.

We are living in a building which is older by 100 years and here running heavy cloth stitching machines illegally by one lady named naina solanki house no. 865/6 from early morning 8:30 to late night 9:30. She is running business of cloth stitching from wholseller. Please take appropriate steps regarding such problem so we can focus on our work and study because it creates loud noise of fast machine.

Torrent power electricity bill is not paid and money was deducted in my account
I paid 760 Rs. Via paytm mobile solution Ltd to torrent power by axis internet banking.. but bill not paid and money deducted. I paid torrent power bill of electric city serial no[protected] of ahmedabad by axis internet banking via paytm mobile solution Pvt Ltd. But money deducted and bill not paid

My service request number is 105971. 4 days ago torrent employees named shivam and g khan came to home and installed and equipment very close to my house's wall with informing me. I told them that please remove this as i have small kids and they use to play there.

After that they leave the place and left that equipment in same situation with a big dig in front of my house, which is blocking my entrance also.

My family and neighbours are feeling very uncomfortable with this situation. And after written complain to the mirzapur office i did not find any solution.

Who will be responsible for this if some one fall into pit. A pit which is dig by torrent employees.

My name is sukkhu ramdhani yadav or my service number[protected], the complaint against torrent power ltd ahmedabad, before few month ago i have applied upgrade single phase connection to three phase connection on 12 august 2019 or also i paid fees of rs 21670/- and survey has been done as on 13 august 2019, and he committed me as you will upgrade single phase connection to three phase connection within 27 days....

We applied for load extension in the month of march-april for our residential load extension. Firstly we had to run many times as there was no proper work related to documentation from torrent side and even after completing all the documents and other procedures, we are still waiting to get our load extended. After complaining torrent says work is pending from municipal side, municipal people says torrent has not completed work. Shameless on both the sides.

We have to complaint regarding power substation in our society gate. There is 2 torrent small power station available and there is 2 small tree are growing below powerstation with all wires, so it is harmfull in future

Power of my home is interrupted due some technical fault or any other reason whichever i don't know. I have registered complaint in morning at 9:00 am and complaint no. Is [protected]. No one has come to my premise to attain my compliant tii 5 pm. I have called 4 times to customer care. Yet no one come. I and my family have troubled so much by heat heat of not not having electricity.

I am krunal patel, an existing appointed authorized person for chairman shivranjani (Ghodashar) society (E-block) located ahmedabad, gujarat. I hereby writing for service no. 2172440 on name of chairman shivranjani (Ghodashar) society.

We received bill of rs. 69, 890/- against above stated service number for the period of july-august, 2019, which is abnormally high considering our usage and study of previous generated bills. Through customer care center (Torrent power ltd) we come to know that the above stated generated bill is due to an inclusion of pending due amount against bill for the service number[protected]Aircel ltd).

Hence, we hereby write to related authority for seeking attention to this unilateral decision taken by the torrent power authority. The action by torrent power is highly autocratic as well as undemocratic in nature. Ser. No.[protected] named on aircel ltd which is separate organization has no direct operations/business relations with chairman shivranjani (Ghodashar) society (E-block) except lessor & lessee. This is the classic case of idiocy from torrent power, who ask for due payment of any tenant from owner.

We further more requested torrent power to update us with, we as ser. No 2172440 is responsible for paying the pending amount of ser. No.[protected]. Also kindly update us with the any supporting legal document/guideline that binds us to pay pending dues of some other party.

In return torrent power authority verbally confirm that chairman shivranjani (Ghodashar) society (E-block) provides noc for meter installation and based on that noc only torrent power provide electricity supply. But the fact that chairman shivranjani (Ghodashar) society (E-block) provides noc for providing his no objection for separate meter insolation & allowing for installing the meter & required electricity cable work only and we or any of the appointed chairman at the time of noc submission have never provide any noc for paying the any undue amount of the party.

I hope that authority will understand the case & revert with some positive response, otherwise we don't any other option but to go with legal.

Regarding digging the land outside of our society. After digging all are disappeared, no one is taking care of such digged holes. It's troublesome for kids as well as for the pedestrian. Accident may occur anytime and torrent will be responsible for that.
