Problem :- mera voltage Abhi tak badha nahi hai or me Torront power main call kar raha Hun but waha muje koi achcha Answer nahi de rahe h Torront power me inti kharab service hogi pata nahi tha muje aaj itni problem ho rahi h but Torront power muje iska solution nahi aa raha h mere vaha 1 month k 2 child hai Hum sab ko bahot jyada problem ho rahi h muje kaha tha lockdown Khul jayega ab to lockdown bhi nahi hai muje Torront power se Hitesh patel ka call aaya tha unhone muje kaha tha Saturday tak aapka problem solve ho jayega but Abhi tak koi solution nahi hai

Respected sir/madam,

My name is rahul bagul and i am regular customer o[censored]r company. My consumer number is[protected]Nandy mhatre).
At kalwa, kharegaon.in front of my optical shop torrent power electrical company installed one electrical pole with high voltage covered shilled cable. But cable is not constructed under earth. It is opened on surface and people cant have walking road/footpath. Same cable also blocked my shop in/out way. It is very high voltage and dangerous for people.
Please do as needful as earlier.

Every month we used to receive a bill of about 800 rupees. With the same level of consumption the units for this month shows a dramatical increment. The units are almost tripled.The bill is about 2550. They haven't replied to the emails as well!!!

Reason: april ie last bill amount 900 inr

House has been closed for last 2 months and none of device is in use except fridge and bill amount is charged without reading ie 900 is amount when house is in use and have charged amount which is wrong.

Kindly re verify and adjust the bill after proper reading or else will need to let it go as house will now not be in use, so cannot pay any amount co lany feel like which is wrong.

I receive the electricity bill in period of every 2 months. So, my bill for april month i. E., for march and april month is rs. 880/-.

However, i was in my flat for 1st to 20th month and then at 21st march i left for my hometown. But still i charged 880/-.

The bill for jan. And feb. 2020 was rs. 540/-

So, i would like to get my bill reviewed again.

I payy rs.2000 today 01/05/2020 online to torrent power as advannce payment for service no.983055 on bill desk using bank of baroda debit card. On bill desk for payment up to rs.2000 no charges taken but today on payment of rs.2000 on bill desk by using debit card, rs.16 was debited from my account i. E. Rs.2016 (Rs.2000 + rs.16 = rs.2016) from my bank of baroda account no.[protected]. This is not good. August 2019.in between whatever minimum bill amount, has been around rs 50/-, charged / billed and informed to me was paid on or before due date.
This time i hv been informed to pay rs 200/- bill details are not made available.
Payment is due on 06/05/2020. Service no. 929005.

Request let me have the bill details like consumption w/o any usage.

Or is it ad hoc bill amount since lockdown has disrupted services like
Meter reading & detailed bill generation etc?

Hello sir

My service request number is 105971. 4 days ago torrent employees named shivam and g khan came to home and installed and equipment very close to my house's wall with informing me. I told them that please remove this as i have small kids and they use to play there.

After that they leave the place and left that equipment in same situation with a big dig in front of my house, which is blocking my entrance also.

My family and neighbours are feeling very uncomfortable with this situation. And after written complain to the mirzapur office i did not find any solution.

Who will be responsible for this if some one fall into pit. A pit which is dig by torrent employees.

I have attached photos with this email.
