Sir my complaint is that excess electricity bill is coming without any heavy usage of electricity. My bill on the date of 28/04/2019 was rs 360 (Unit 32) but this present month on the date of 28/05/2019 is rs 850 (Unit 125). How is it possible? My electricity usage is off in whole day, only usage is in the night. Please check my service number as soon as possible cause i can't pay this type of heavy electricity usage bill for next due date. Thank you.

I have illegal tresspasser name jignesh upadhaya tress passer lost court case 2 times is not leaving my property. I have put case for posssesion in court this person is attempt to get electric meter installed in absense of my permission this should be stop, application and court orders are given to torrent local team but nothing is done, infact some corrupt torrent officer are helping this tress passer to put meter in absence of my permission

હું ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતના માલિક હું છું અને મીટર તમને તાત્કાલિક અસર સાથે મીટર નંબર 2773802 વિનંતી મીટર બંધ કર્વા એપ્લિકેશન કરી કે તમે મીટરને મારી પ્રોપર્ટી 101, નરેશ બિલ્ડિંગ, ઓપી એલ જી હોસ્પિટલ, મણિનગર, અમદાવાદ 380008 થી સ્વીકૃત અને ડિસ્કનેક્ટ કર્યું છે. હું આવા ભારે ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વેપારી ચાર્જ ચૂકવવાનું સમર્થન કરી શકતો નથી.
હું અહીં ધ્યાન આપું છું કે કોર્ટમાં 2 કેસો ગુમાવનાર ટ્રેસ પાસ કરનાર મારી પરવાનગી વગર, વીજળી જોડાણ મેળવવા માટે ટોરેન્ટને ખોટી અરજી કરી - કરlવા ગેરકાયદેસર પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યો છે. કૃપા કરીને ઉપર સરનામે કોઈપણ ઇલેક્ટ્રિક મીટરને ઇશ્યૂ કરશો નહીં.
મેં મારી મિલકત માટે કોઈ મીટર જોડાણ (રિસ્ટામેન્ટમà«�...⇄ એપ્લિકેશન કરી નથી.
અદાલતનો આદેશ 2 વખત સાબિત થયો છે કે વર્તમાન ગેરકાયદે ટ્રેસપૉસર મારા યાન્કી જેનીના મકાનોમાં છે. કબજો અરજી અદાલતમાં સુનાવણી માટે બાકી છે પરંતુ આ ટ્રેસપાસ કરનાર કાયદાનો દુરુપયોગ કરી રહ્યો છે અને અદાલતની સુનાવણીમાં ભાગ લેતો નથી અને કોર્ટના કેસો ગુમાવ્યા હોવા છતાં પણ મારા મકાન ખાલી કરવું નથી.
મારી આ જગ્યા પર આગ લાગી ગઈ છે અને તે ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે કબજા હેઠળના વિસ્તારમાં બાળી દેવામાં આવી છે. તે તમારા સિસ્ટમ પર રેકોર્ડ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. તમારી ટીમે સમગ્ર બિલ્ડિંગ ઇલેક્ટ્રિક પાવરમાં હાજરી આપી અને ડિસ્કનેક્ટ કરી હિતી. (Incident dated…..)
જો દિવસની આગ હતી, તો મારા ઘરમાં બાળકોની સ્કૂલ છે, તો મકાનમાં ધુમાડામાં, ઇલેક્ટ્રિક, વિદ્યુત શૉટ સર્કિટ ને લીધે ઘણા નિર્દોષ બાળકોનું જીવન ખતરામાં હોઈ શકે છે. મેં પોલીસને ઘણી ગેરકાયદેસર બાબતોની જાણ કરી છે પરંતુ પોલીસ પગલાં લેતી નથી. જો ટોરેન્ટ હજી પણ આગળ વધે છે અને મારા મિલકત અથવા તેના વપરાશકર્તાને અસર કરતી આ ગેરકાયદે જગ્યામાં થતી કોઈપણ દુઃખની ઘટના કરતાં ઇલેક્ટ્રિક મીટરને ઇશ્યૂ કરે છે. ત્યારબાદ ટોરેન્ટ આ ઘટના માટે જવાબદાર રહેશે અને જો મારી મિલકતમાં કોઈક થાય તો ફોજદારી કેસનો જવાબ આપવો પડશે.
કૃપા કરીને મારી સંપત્તિમાં કોઈપણ ગેરકાયદેસર કાર્ય ન કરો અને મારા નામ અથવા મારા પ્રોપર્ટી સરનામાં પર કરવામાં આવેલ કોઈપણ ગેરકાયદેસર અરજીઓની બધી માહિતી જાહેર તરત જ મને કરો. મેં મારા વકીલ શ્રીનિવાસ યાદવને આ બાબત કોર્ટમાં લાવવા માટે પણ કહ્યું છે.
હું ફરીથી જોડાવાની અરજી કરવા માટે મારા નામનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે ફોજદારી કેસ બનાવવા વિચારી રહ્યો છું, કેટલાક ટોરેન્ટ અધિકારીઓ જોડાઈ રહ્યા છે અને તેમના ફોટો પુરાવા અદાલતને આપવામાં આવશે અને મારા દ્વારા ઉચ્ચતમ તપાસ ટીમને ટોરન્ટ આપવામાં આવશે. કૃપા કરીને તાત્કાલિક કાર્યવાહી કરો

My complaint is about corrupt torrent povver officer attempting to give illegal electric supply and meter to illegal tresspasser in my property 100/1 naresh building, opp l g hospital, maninagar, ahmedabad 380008

I have allready paied your bill to date - 20/04/2019. Rs. 1990. By your torrent power app. I have screen shot. But its your fault my bill not update by torrent power. I am retired person from 400 kv sub station in uppcl, i had a valid connection in agra (Connection no.[protected] under lmv10, that is my pension code, now i shifted tp jaipur with my family & this information, i already gave to my etd 1st, sikandra, agra with written application to surrender my connection no. - 4795477, because i sold my house, and etd department acceped my letter to cut the connection on 30/03/2019, but no one informed to torrent, & now torrent has fined for theft the electricity, how torrent can do this, i ll raised this complaint in consumer court,

Please look into this matter, otherwise i ll send the notice through consumer complaint court.

My service no. [protected] after online payment the connection is not done even after calling to customer service centre they don't even fixed the connection as promised by 3 to 6 pm. Today is saturday and we have to live without electricity for two days this is unbearable you are staff is not taking any responsibility.
Also customer service is not supportive, can you realize without electricity for 03 days n in this days very terrific but no positive respond.
Please look into this n take na against the same.

I am going to your plug point office prahladnagr for bill payment with cheque talk with one of supervisor shalini mem but she refused to me go to cashier table (3 cashier windows) without heard my request and sent me machine and pay same and collect from macine receipt
I request her i donot want machine receipt again i told her machine receipt is not filed long time ink is slowly disable moreover at that time no any customer/que in front of desk three are executive cash counter but shaliniben rudely talk with me tell me here cheque payment is not accepted

My electricity service has been disconnected yesterday. I had paid my previous dues on 04/12/2018 thru cash.. But after paid bill they are not connected my connection i am calling torrent helpline number two times but he are not action my complain 24 hour did not come light pls solve my problem. I have proof also.. But they are saying tht at connect. Torrentpower.com

Our meter stopped working in 5th month so the meter was changed but now after 2 months we got a bill of 16, 000 which is exactly double. This bill was given to us by taking an average and not by meter reading along with it we got a letter from you to pay the bill and so we did. Again after 2 months we have are given a bill of 26000 along with the debit of 14500 from the 5th month that we have already paid.

We complaint about the following problem in the office (Shahpur), so they carried out a mri of our meter, but now when we asked from them about it neither our complaint registered nor the mri results. So we are requesting you to kindly take the necessary steps regarding the issue and also refer to the meter and give us a reversal amount. I am a kidney patient and it is difficult for me to come to the office regularly so please send us a clear bill by reducing the extra money demand of the 5th month that we have already paid.

This is to compaint you that a house name yadav misthan bhandhar - chotey yadav, 8/42- bhogipura shahganj, agra. Induled in electricity theft past 30 year having given time to time rishwat to torrent power line men and meter checker. Chotey yadav is a political cover by damazbadi parti and also a criminal person. I have many time complaining you but there is no any serious response taken by torrent power. If you will not takr any further action against electricity thieves i will constraint to complaining in head branch of torrent power. I will provide you a video graphy of electricity theft.

I had done a payment against my electicity bill on 05/11/2018. As per details reflecting in bank statement the transaction details are, amount deducted - rs.1290, narration - [protected] ccatorrentpowercom, cheque/ref. No.[protected]. The amount has been debited from my hdfc bank account but transaction has been shown as unsuccessful. Request you to kindy help to reverse back the amount to my account....

I had already lodged a complaint though e-mail on 06.09.18 to connect.[protected]@torrentpower.com [protected]@torrentpower.in and i have been regularly follow-up in this regard but till you have no action is taken in this regard. Please check emails also.

Mr sudhir mehta and torrent power customer care head,

I am shocked beyond words with the attitude and behavior of torrent power towards it high paying customers. We are treated like beggars despite paying over rs. 3 lakhs annually for last 5 years to tpl. There is total disregard for customers and misuse of the monopoly for essential services, making ahmedabad very unfriendly for doing business.

Firstly, i was not given any reminder to pay my outstanding dues of rs. 26490 for the bill due on 10 sept. I was used to these regular reminders and used to pay when i got these reminders. Further, no disconnection notice was served. There was no communication from tpl between 10 sept to 9th october and i have proof of that your customer service team who agreed to that fact.

On 9th oct, i get a sms to pay the dues immediately. I was two hours away from ahmedabad but drove back frantically to reach torrent plug point at prahladnagar and paid the outstanding amount. I asked if i had to pay any additional deposit as per sms received. The girl at the counter confirmed on her computer and said no addiltional deposit was due. She also confirmed my connection wont be disconnected.

I went back to office and relaxed that issue was resolved. But to my horror, my power got disconnected at 1.15 pm. I rushed within 5 minutes to tpl prahladnagar plug point. The lady contacted her boss mr kushal who was very nice and promised to restore my power immediately after hearing my plight. Then they tried calling some 3 people at sola office, keval, vishal and one more gentlemen. For 30 min, none of them picked the phone. After they picked the phone, they refused to restore till additional deposit was paid. They did not believe their own staff who said there was no addl deposit payable in their software on the pc. Since i was under great stress, kushal asked me while on phone with them to confirm that i will pay addl deposit in a week or in next bill. I agreed because there was no way to survive without power.

Kushal was further asked to send a email else they wont act.

Finally, at 2 pm, i was told that my power will be restored in 5 min. We are a software company and work comes to a complete standstill without power and further creates a negative impression in the team.

I had to call chitrank repeatedly every 5 min from 2.15 pm till 2.45 pm to get the power restored, else it would taken 4 hours as per the super slow process of tpl.

Here are my conclusions.

1) while tpl team at pnagar as nice, the gentlemen at sola were so arrogant and treated customers like #.

2) no power or authority given to such a large office setup at prahladnagar, why set up a huge infra for puppets. What a waste of money if all controls are in sola. There is no decentralisation of customer service. A typical government attitude.

3) why did the person who came for disconnection not confirm with the office if the bill was paid before disconnection? This is a huge error.in my navi mumbai office which works from residence and much smaller bill amount, they always come to confirm before disconnection (Msedc, govt co).in fact, once i was travelling, he gave a days grace after he came physically for disconnection. Never such arrogant and i care a # for customer attitude.

4) why was there no communication before disconnection.in my gurgaon office, i get repeat calls from haryana electricity before disconnection.

5) lastly and most important lapse. After your customer service representative confirmed that there is no addl deposit payable and also confirmed my connection wont be disconnected, the same was disconnected and addl deposit demanded. This is breach of contract and liable to being sued for damages for breach of contract. You can confirm the above commitment made by your customer service representative.

I seek the following

1) apology by ceo, tpl for harassment caused to me.

2) no demand for additional deposit.

3) compensation for the harrassment, trauma and the business losses caused to me by your breach of contract, else i will be forced to take this matter to court.

4) giving training to tpl staff in customer attitude and penalty for such behavior in future by any tpl staff.

5) reviewing and modifying the disconnection processes.

6) appreciation letter from ceo to kaustubh at prahladnagar.

Please check up my electricity meter. It is very fast running. Please come and stop fast running. It is running faster than previous month. Amount is rs. 3060/-. I am not capable to pay like this amount. Kindly as early as possible stop the fast running of meter. I am eagerly awaiting for your arrival to make it properly. Sir ji i am many times complaint to the torrent power office but not for the action of the new meter fitting the my own house. My connection number is 5085786 now am a build a new house for the year 2015 the consumer number is after the construction of my house than the time i will conduction work carried out my own generator connection also will give some applications for new meter fix in my new house in the same place.

My electricity service has been disconnected today. I had paid my previous dues on 21/06/2018 thru netbanking from my bank app baroda connect.. But after calling on helpline they are saying tht.. We had not recvd. Pls solve my prob.in my baroda connect app its shows the success of my bill payment.. I have proof also.. But they are saying tht at connect.
