Respected Sir/Madam,
My service no. is[protected]. Bill date : 16/01/2018. My meter shows present reading o[censored]nit is 257. But in my electricity bill it shows 521. I think something went wrong in checking my meter. Last date to pay the amount of my bill is 30/01/2018.
I have attached my meter's photo with this complaint.
So please check my meter again. I'm waiting for your decision. Please do something as soon as early.

Dear torrent vigilance team,

I resident of agra observed a heinous crime of power theft in a nearby locality (Mansa devi gali, gokul pura, raja mandi, agra - 02) through power supply box installed in this area. The power supply provided by you for street light facility and one provided for temple situated in this area, the theft is done from those wires only and by the residents of this area.
Those who are paying and not involved in this are discouraged by these people.
Please look into this matter asap and take an appropriate action against it. I don't want my identity to be disclosed.

I had taken connection on temporary basis for completion of house at plot no 99, m k puram, sikandara, bahistabad, agra. I was allotted above service no, i had finished my construction and wanted to change / disconnect my 2 kv connection, for that me & my wife visited suresh plaza office personally and paid the due light bill, but manager available there told that he shall be given pan card, then he can disconnect the power connection, it is really surprising that, for our own disconnection we have to beg company. Even after that i sent an email on 3/9/2016 and so on, but instead of disconnecting, they have charged rs. 1890/- per month, the bill itself shows zero consumtion since december 2015, so i request to rectify the bill which i have already paid upto oct.2017 and take stern penal action against such a systematic blind recovery.

Sir my connection number is 5085786 now am a build a new house for the year 2015 the consumer number is after the construction of my house than the time i will conduction work carried out my own generator connection also will give some applications for new meter fix in my new house in the same place. I am a serving soldier now am posted in border area. My family is staying in rent house due to unavailability of electricity. I want a new meter...

In gandhinagar at sector-2 a light poll no. 2 a/127 (Opposite plot no.1236/2, sector-2 a) is totally not working since long. Sometimes sparks bulb wiring. So please attend this matter at the earliest. As nobody has complained who are residing this poll. So i am inviting your kind attention to do the maintainance to repair the fault at above poll and light the lamp during festivals.

My service number is 657020, in the post so many communication has been made in this regard to torrent power and also register complain in consumer forum and finally they remove dp from my house, now today they once again initiative process on request of other house request of extra power load application they forcefully pressure my family member to install dp in front of my house without for which we are totally disagree, please instruct...

Our colony toreent power wires are loose and hanging in the colony due to which it can also lead to electric shock to someone. Some installed torrent power wires are now dead no current is flowing through which our street had also stoped working due to which society is facing darkness issue at night. We have done many complaints on call but no response was there. Kindly seek the problem as soon as possible.

We are living in small house which doesn't have an ac, washing machine still the bill is to high for 2 month only we talk at official torrent number they told that your meter has a problem, or the checker metter has a problem but we check metter is ok and they also told that as per there they set the bill please look at this complain

This is sneha I reside in Kalher, we are seeing from so many days light is going everyday at 6 am or 7 am & coming at 9 am, In our complex every person is going to job, so morning time is our moving time. If you want to do load shedding do but at afternoon time, after 12pm not before.

I have parked my vehicle at 6:30 am dt[protected].in front of bank building near muthutt finance opposite mall parking and the bike was missed at 8 pm when i went to take the bike. I have given complain. So i request you to find my bike as early as possible.

Our society is stavan avisha, satlelite, ahmedabad. Service number 947085 is belong to jasubhai patel and the builder was using this connection and not paid the amount. The builder is absconding and cheated with all society members. We are internally collecting amount and running the society. The builder also sold our common plot and the case is pending in the civil court. We have requested torrent power to file case against builder but the manager is insist and calling us on every day and threatening us to merge the due amount is our existing service number[protected].

Sir, i have our 9 torrent power line in bhiwandi, munisuvrat complex, phase-ii

Since yesterday morning i. E.[protected] till now i. E.[protected].55 pm.

We are without power.

As we contact our local torrent branch in bhiwandi near green acre. They are saying cable has been cut and we are doing our work.

But inspite of 36hrs of power failure they are still not able to complete there work.

This feels they were fooling us.

So its my request to you please check they are least bothered to complete work on time.

As i received very high bill for billing month june 2017 at rs. 20087/- for consumption of 2804 units, i made a complaint.
Please note that we are only 3 family members in the house.
There are 24 flats of similar type vi configuration in the govt colony and on comparing, i find that average bill of other flats was about rs. 8000/-.
There is no reason for such high consumption at my house as all similarly placed officers of same age group with similar standard of living and 3-4 members family size are residing. The installation of airconditioners and other appliances is immaterial as the actual usage will determine the consumption.
The persons who came for testing, could not explain the procedure or principle behind the equipment, they were carrying. When they came at 5pm, no airconditioner or lights were on. Just 2 fans were running. I asked them to make note of it.
The asked me to switch on 2 more fans and went to meter room. Then they gave ok report. I objected that the testing should have been at full load and they should explain the procedure too. How they have put limit of 0.99% just in 5 minutes? How they put load figure at 750watts and power factor at 0.94%, only torrent knows, as those persons said that these are as per procedure? But they did not know either the procedure or the principle behind their equipment and why they were putting load of only 300 watts?
I dispute the meter test report which should be done over a longer period and at different loads with reference to a standard meter by qualified personnels who should be able to explain the procedure.
Further, my bill payment should accordingly remain suspended till revision and resolution of my grievance. Or i be allowed to pay rs. 8000 as per normal average bills. As the earlier bills too have been on higher side, the credit should be allowed for those bills too. The torrent should also show the total consumption for all domestic meters in c block and show that they are not overcharging the consumers.
Request for early resolution.

As we all know very hot summer season is going on & in this hot season we are facing power cut from torrent power once a week and that too for 4-5 hours in noon how can small children or elder people can survive at home? After charging huge amount per unit why this thing happen frequently why it is not maintained in winter or on regular basis so that this problem cannot happen, pl look at it & solve this problem asap. Every friday light has been gone and yesterday night light was gone at 11:00 pm and which was comes at 02:00 am so whats problem behind it, i would like to know i[censored] take higher rate with compare to other distribution power compny so why light is gone day by day. This month is ramadhan month and fasting is going on. And this days light will gone? And why this things happening dayby day, everyday...

I'm resident of chitrakut appt, sec-28, nr. Aradhna school, gandhinagar.
From many days street lights across the aradhna school and in my street also street lights are not working.
Poll number begins with g-6
Approximately 6 street lights are not working around the aradhna school,
One street light in corner is damaged also, which makes trouble in driving also.
It will be great if you resolved it.

Electric bill for meter no.2687290 & service no.2171088 for may 2017 is recd. With very high amount of rs.7080/-
As office is of 300 sq. Ft & remain open for 11 to 6.30 for the day having 1 ac & 3 computers this much amt of bill is impossible
Check compare with past records & with other unit also

Iin gandhinagar sector-2 a, opp. Plot no.1236/2 street light poll no. A 108 light is turned to one side due to monkey jumping. So light is on one side.
Moreover, near this poll no. A 108 one big & expanding tree is hurdle for light from the poll bulb. No light is coming on whole road. So, (1). Light rod on poll a 108 should be turned in center (2.) tree near poll no. A 108 should be removed totally.. So clear light should be spread on whole road... So wastage of light should not be there.
Please solve this complaint at the earliest.
