Torrent Power Complaints & Reviews

I have received notice from torrent power regarding earth leakage in wiring. After receiving notice, i would contact to torrent power for solution, the member of torrent power suggest me to go download section of torrent power website and download the list of electric contractors and contact for the same. I am gothrough list and try to many contalractors but no one give me proper response so please look in to this matter and try to resolve it.

The electric bill receievd for the month of april 2017 is too high.
For service number [protected] bill amount is rs 6199. However we only use two tube lights and one air conditioner from 10 to 6 pm.

How is it possible? There is surely some mistake with your system. We can't afford to pay such high bills for just tow tube lights and 1 air conditioner. Request you to please look into this.

Sir, december me meter lagaya he aur mere monthaly bill continous badh raha he.. Actual meter reading aur bill pe dikhayi gayi reading bahot diffrence he. Kuch pic add kar raha hu usase issue clear ho jayega. Kindly help. Torrent power andhadhund bill change kar rahi he.. Bahot pareshani me hu.. Pelase.

we made the complaint in customer care several times in this regard but they are unable to resolve our problem we are regularly pay bills timely then why we suffered since one month
we made complaint now also they provide us complaint no [protected] dated 13.04.2017 still they asured us we will resolve it soon but after few times no one will entertain us
faid up from these things I am complaining to you sir please provide me solution of the same

Secondly you employees at customers care are not taking my problems I have call them so many time every time they say they deactivated it .. but isn't .. and today when I call them they disconnect my call .. such type of behaviour is not aspected from you ..

I have applied to extend load from 1.444KW to 5.00KW as I am going to purchase new A.C. So first I have applied for load extension in that first test report person take charge to sign on test report. Then as per the advice from torrent I have purchased new ELCB which cost of 1500rs then Torrent have deposited 5760rs as security deposit for extension of 5kw and after 2 days torrent send me notice about to require high...

My complained - roj morning mein jab jalnigam ki taraf se water supply kiya jata h to torrent usi time power supply band kr deti h or lakho logo k ghar jal ki poorti nahi ho pati h. Subha 6 to 9 am hi water supply hota h usi time power supply band kr di jaati mein aapse request krta ho ki aap ise problem ko solve karwaye mein apka bahut aabhari rahunga.

In-spite of my repeated request to please remove MSP which install without my permission in front of near to window and within 8 foot of inner road of my row which is very uncomfortable to part my vehicle and in emergency enter to ambulance or fire brigade, no one has taken care of my request since my first letter sent to him on 07/01/2017. Please do the needful towards my request and take proper action to the concerned authority who is responsible for harassment me and my family for mentally disturb for their this work and not furnish complete work and left Hugh amount of soil of dump in-front of my house and unattended since then.
Further, every today i call to custmore care to know the updated status of work in progress but in vain thay not give me email id of higher authotirty or concern manager to complain about not work even ask me to come at their office and apply for refund claim.How they say this type of answer when they are not able to provide cutmore service
as we have to depend only phone number they mentioned in mail but in-case they do Willfulness how we can tackle their twist.

Home address on electricity bill is incorrect. Spell mistakes and other references.Also when provide this bills as address proof in other services they enter the same incorrect address. Needs an updation from Torrent power team. Correct address should be - B-39, Maa Mehngiba Nagar, near Sant Shri Asharamji Ashram, Motera, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad-380005...

I made the same complaint six months back still no result, yesterday somebody called and said he is forwarding the complaint further to process.
Such a big company can be so poor in customer service...

Every day birds die due to high voltage current passing in the tree from the 11000 volt line...any day some person may die.

Sir, torrent power service is very poor. Due to anwanted uncertain power cut at any time. Specially at night is very unavoidable or troublesome. We pay a big amount of electric bill despite it. We feel like 1990 year and very backward city. Torrent defaces the taj city name and fame. It very embarrashing to say proudly agraites. Shameful condition of torrent.

At present the supply of electricity to my connection through the phase. That phase overloaded most of the time. Because of overloaded phase voltage was fluctuating most of the time. Many of my electrical appliances destroyed because of voltage fluctuation.

I am resident of house number 32, pawan dham phase 2, shamshabad road agra, consumer number 5049779.
In front of my residence there are two neem tree. The main power supply cable running between the the branches of these trees and not insulated. Now in the rainy season the branches are grown up and are in contact of supply cable. Which is causing leakage of current through branches during rain. Which is an potential danger as well as loss of power transmission.

You requested to kindly take necessary steps for trimming of the branches and insulating the supply cable.
Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appriciated

My consumer service no. is 118367, I had complaint about installation of MSTP pole at my house wall which is creating obstacle in parking my car. The contractor was told to stop the work when he was doing it by my mother however the same was ignored by him. Further the contractor nor the company has not obtained any NoC from our society before doing digging work in society premises. This is clear cut violation of basic norms and such kind of irresponsible behaviour is intolerrable by a reputed company like torrent.
I therefore suggest to remove the pole on urgent basis and follow the proper procedure for it. I reiterate to take this complaint as serious escalation
