Home address on electricity bill is incorrect. Spell mistakes and other references.Also when provide this bills as address proof in other services they enter the same incorrect address. I made the same complaint six months back still no result, yesterday somebody called and said he is forwarding the complaint further to process.
Such a big company can be so poor in customer service...

Sir, torrent power service is very poor. Due to anwanted uncertain power cut at any time. Specially at night is very unavoidable or troublesome. We pay a big amount of electric bill despite it. In front of my residence there are two neem tree. The main power supply cable running between the the branches of these trees and not insulated.
