In-spite of my repeated request to please remove MSP which install without my permission in front of near to window and within 8 foot of inner road of my row which is very uncomfortable to part my vehicle and in emergency enter to ambulance or fire brigade, no one has taken care of my request since my first letter sent to him on 07/01/2017. Please do the needful towards my request and take proper action to the concerned authority who is responsible for harassment me and my family for mentally disturb for their this work and not furnish complete work and left Hugh amount of soil of dump in-front of my house and unattended since then.
Further, every today i call to custmore care to know the updated status of work in progress but in vain thay not give me email id of higher authotirty or concern manager to complain about not work even ask me to come at their office and apply for refund claim.How they say this type of answer when they are not able to provide cutmore service
as we have to depend only phone number they mentioned in mail but in-case they do Willfulness how we can tackle their twist.

I made the same complaint six months back still no result, yesterday somebody called and said he is forwarding the complaint further to process.
Such a big company can be so poor in customer service...

Every day birds die due to high voltage current passing in the tree from the 11000 volt line...any day some person may die.

हि जमीन शेतीची जमीन असून त्यात ट्रान्सफॉर्मर टाकण्याबद्दल आमची कुठलीही परवानगी घेतली नव्हती .
ग्रामपंचायत च्या जागेमध्ये बसवण्यात यावा.
ह्या ट्रान्सफॉर्मर मुळे आम्हाला सुद्धा विजेचा धक्का बसू शकतो तरी मी विनंती करतो कि त्याची जागा बदलण्यात यावी.

Sir, torrent power service is very poor. Due to anwanted uncertain power cut at any time. Specially at night is very unavoidable or troublesome. We pay a big amount of electric bill despite it. We feel like 1990 year and very backward city. Torrent defaces the taj city name and fame. It very embarrashing to say proudly agraites. Shameful condition of torrent.

I am resident of house number 32, pawan dham phase 2, shamshabad road agra, consumer number 5049779.
In front of my residence there are two neem tree. The main power supply cable running between the the branches of these trees and not insulated. Now in the rainy season the branches are grown up and are in contact of supply cable. Which is causing leakage of current through branches during rain. Which is an potential danger as well as loss of power transmission.

You requested to kindly take necessary steps for trimming of the branches and insulating the supply cable.
Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appriciated

My consumer service no. is 118367, I had complaint about installation of MSTP pole at my house wall which is creating obstacle in parking my car. The contractor was told to stop the work when he was doing it by my mother however the same was ignored by him. Further the contractor nor the company has not obtained any NoC from our society before doing digging work in society premises. This is clear cut violation of basic norms and such kind of irresponsible behaviour is intolerrable by a reputed company like torrent.
I therefore suggest to remove the pole on urgent basis and follow the proper procedure for it. I reiterate to take this complaint as serious escalation

My service no is 987374. I have reported my complain regarding street light pole No 3A 0083 in front of my house is not working on Dt 26/7/2016. The Complain No is[protected]. In spite of many reminders by e mails and your complains no[protected] on every week, the complain is not solved till date.
On the phone, your representative give rude answers.

This is to inform you that I am a resident of agra .On 30th Aug 2016 approximately 15 torrent power employees with security guards also came to our residence to check our meter before checking the bills of last month . This is a harassment to the customer . I always pay the bill on time n with full honesty . Everybody in the block has also witness the same. They insulted me without having any proof . I am very upset want your reply on the same how could anyone humilate the customer in this manner. Further I would like to inform you that they treated us a thief and fraud without having any . I want your reply as soon as possible

Nrujal Bupendra Patel residing at B/105, Ajitnath Flat, Behind Sudama Resort, Pritam Nagar, Paldi, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad & having following flats 102, 103, 401, 402, 403, 406 in same society have allotted for PG business. All flats are having minimum following connected load - 1) 3 NOS. 2T AC 2) Water Heater, 3) Refrigerator 4) Television & Other connected lighting load that means around 7.5 KW connected per flat.

All these flats are need to individual meters & proper usage but in actual practice it is not. ( Please find photocopy of deceleration for the same).

So please do needful to survey by technical team & appropriate action should be taken.

Today i went to torrent power office for payment of bill. Where i ask the senior officer to use toilet but they said "that this for only staff not for consumer" and they are not permitted to use. Kindly take action against torrent power ltd. because this problen not only for me this problem for all.

Total consumption unit 194 months of may-2016 and bill @2500(approx)

We have already compliant register at your office but bill not adjustment, only meter was change on dated 02.07.2016 but bill not adjust,

So please adjust(correct) bill in same months ASAP, Otherwise we can't pay bill same months .

I have downloaded a film (captain america civil war) in 22nd july, but about 704mb it has downloaded, that is, 98%of film has been downloaded and when i try to extract the that winrar file of this film it asks for password and when i opened a word file which shows the title as passwords it redirected to a website where it asks to complete offers for passwords. even i have done the offers which is to download a app from play store which i have downloaded more than 3 times but after that nothing happens. i request you to take care of this issue and get me a password please. thank you.

There is no electricity from monday evening some faults in meter, its been 36 hours from now, electricity is not there. i have complained yesterday morning and my complain id[protected] and service number[protected] tried to talk with customer care person 12 times, all the time they have given false commitment and still electricity doesn't restored. me nand my family facing problem due this problem, please fix this problem as soon as possible.

There is no electricity from yesterday evening and this is major problem now in rasulabad, shah-e-alam. its been 21 hours from now, electricity is not there. i have complained today morning and my complain id ([protected]). tried to talk with customer care person 3 times, all the time they have given false commitment and still electricity doesn't restored.

In every one month your company lights are gone for 2 or 4 hours in Ahmedabad Shahalam rasulabad so my request is that please do something regarding this issue because we have children's of age 1 year in our house also in the area also I do accepting your earliest convenience as soon as you can today also lights is gone
