Room no 502, 5th floor, zuha height, sharifa road, amrut nagar, mumbra thane is using power suppy without meter. They are using heavy electrical appliances due to that there is a overload in our floor, please come and check.

    My name is Sagir Ahmed & consumer no. is[protected], 4643(shil sub division)I already paid my last bill which amount was 1070 through net banking which reference no. or cheque no. is[protected].but now I got the another bill & the company added old amount also in that bill so please deduct that amount which I already paid & send me the balance amount (in electricity bill)

      No power at Home (013275712528)

      Dear Sir,

      I have called and inform torrent executive that there is no power at my home. kindly send technician to rectify it.

      He said it will take 24 / 38 hrs to resolve.

      My mom & dad are aged and staying there and due no power I am very much concered about them.

      Humbly Request your offies to immediately into look into the matter and dissolve it on priority.

      Respected sir/ madam i abhishek pandey i want to draw your attention towards my issue. i had applied meter on october 2019 but till now i hadnt got my meter installed at my shop. the problem is i almost complaint and visited torrent power office 100 times but it was of no use. not only at my nearest location i also had complaint at kalwa, mumbra. the problem is meter is not installed but still i m getting bills. even if it is not our bills they had forced me to pay bills they said they will install meter when i will pay bill of that meter which is not installed at my place.
      i have 3 shops same issues i m facing for my 3 shops.

        Hello,

        Approximately at every 3 months. Torrent Power do some Maintenance work in front of Radio Colony, Agra. Every time, they dig the road or side walk very carelessly and after there work, they left all the things as it is.

        Who gives Torrent Power this authority that they will leave all the road stuff in mess and let people met with accident due to there negligible and careless behaviour of work.

        SHAME ON TORRENT POWER.

        Every time after your work, Society members have to Collect the money and do the renumeration after the mess you guys create.

          This is Mayur from Thane Bhiwandi, wish to complain about Torrent Power, my service number is[protected] this company is looting people since pandemic, recent bill which i got from them is for 6800rs which is only for one month, and in the previous month the bill was 3400rs, they are looting people left right and center.
          i have one LED TV, 1 fridge, 8-10 led lights, 5 celling fans in my house which are used i do not understand how on earth they can charge so much, even after logging complain they just come check the meter and say it is all correct and go. and on top of that they charge extra to check the meter. it is way to pathetic. cannot really live like this.
          need our government to do something on this.

            Daily Power cut in diva

            There are daily power cut in diva with only one region" main line drip", . They cut power 3 to 4 times in day . I[censored] not ability to handle electricity in diva then why u taken power supply for smk.
            I have already filed complaint so many times but no action taken by u.Do some needful....

                  The building consists of about 36 flats in the building but only 11 meters are installed in it rest of the tenants are using directtly from the cables and also kept the joints open which may cause short circuit.
                  We therefore request you to kindly take the appropriate action.

                        I’ve raised a support request on 22nd Sep'2021 to change the outer cabinet of my meter as it got damaged due to construction & painting work carried out at my home. It was committed to me that issue will be taken care in max 10 working days, the timeline already passed by & I am daily following it up from customer care support which is now making me fool to which I am surprised as it’s not a Govt. entity but a private firm. Daily support agent says that why I didn’t received any call from the deptt. yet, how can I answer that? Then they say they have forwarded the issue don’t know to whom.

                        Seems like torrent religiously collects the bill on time & don’t care about any kind of pain of customer. Expecting a support through this channel else I need to raise my voice on public grievance & nodal forum.

                              Negligence towards work

                              From the last 25 days we have complaint about our broken meter box but till now no action has been taken, the meter box is fully damaged and the place where it is held is also not safe for the trespassers, we demanded for the new meter box but still no one cares, last time when I called torrent power they told me that they will resolve my issue in 2-3 days but now it is the 7th day, and still there is no response from their side.                               Meter shifting charges

                              There was renovation work going on my place so meter was shifted to other corner for safety purpose, now renovation has completed and i email them to shift Meter shifting from one corner of wall to another corner then i have received text message today 28/09/2021 that torrent will send team for meter installation today 28/09/2021.                                 Billing charges high due to 2 months reading

                                Hi,

                                As I checked Residential unit charges are calculated for 2 months and in your bill copy there are mentioned residential charges on monthly basis so unit should be divided by month also.

                                As you can see my unit consumption in the billing cycle is some time under 300 so it will be 100 to 150 monthly so charge may be less on unit rate.
