Sir, my service no is[protected]. I have been applied for a new domestic connection 3 months ago . But till today the meter has not fix in my premises . I am very disappointed for the service of torrent power . How we live there without light please tell me

Meter is capturing higher bill than consumption....

Dear sir, my torrent power service no.[protected] in surat, . My meter not displaying correctly number, i think it have some problem, please check it, and do needful as early as possible

I have registered complaint(complaint number [protected]) via cutomer care at 5:30 pm. I called multiple times on torrent customer care number that no one from torrent power Agra visited and attended the issues even after passing there 4hrs time line.
Since it is summer time and We are facing lots of difficulties without light .
Please help us for same....

Extra payment taken from us since 5 month for ujala bulb or fan recovery while which is not any procure like this item, but still extra payment laying in every bill... please resolve it .

my meter number is t24704497, since 2 years i was regularly complain for your main connection box, it was in very bad condition and also fitted just over a shop which is also very dangerous for the citizens of this area, , i[censored] not satisfy with my words u can also check by your data about your box .almost every day the box sparked, that is seemed very dangerous .the whole area is worried for this..please just do something, and this is our humble request to change this main box from this place to a safe place..hoping for best response from torrent power..and also as soon as possible.beacuse as you know 2 big tragedy also happened in our place just because of electricity connections..and plzz send ur a senior executive for survey who will identify the problem and will able to solve them also.

I have a residential bungalow. We are 5 members in the family and all are working from home. Torrent Power inspected my property and told us that just because we have computer table they are converting category to commercial from residential. We have office on Ashram Road which we have closed due to Covid as it is in multi storeyed building. Now we received the latest bill marked as Commercial instead of residential. Our 2-month electricity bill came out to be 9000+. We are three bachelors and we are hardly at home. Plus we do not even consume any electricity other than switching on the ac a few hours a day. How is it possible that we get a bill of over 9000? Please look into this. We are not so privileged to be able to pay for so much extra every month!

Our light has not been come since yesterday night at 1:20. I have complained 4 times but nobody came to solve our problem. Complaint has been registered before more than 12 hours, but no response from torrent power.

I paid my Electricity Bill of Month June of amount 1790/- on August 2 but i got physical Combine Bill of month June And July of Amount 3840/-
Although i paid the June month bill

Can you please let me know if here is daily 8-10 hr no supply of light and you can check same in my complaint list and your daily maintenance please let me know how is it possible of high electricity bill we are living in Village or In city I don't know, your staff never take care of your client in such situation but payment you wants on time if I will not pay single rupey you will visit to my home but in daily complaint no one visiting such services shows torrent how good work is going on.

You will don't understand our situation how we are paying & living in this situation if such situation is not take care soon 🔜 then may cause major damage to you and your company and same thing I m writing and giving you warn if all people of this area take action you can't live in our area.

Poor Service provide by torrent in diva shil division from last one year, I have emailed but there were no solution given by torrent power and when I recently visited to the torrent power offc they didn't communicate us properly while explaining the issues they behaved inappropriately. im Unhappy with the offensive behaviour of your staff's.

My name is Bal Kishan having an electricity connection by the name of my Mother "Mohan Devi" service number[protected] in area 11 siddi kachhpura Mehtab Bagh Agra. As I work in a private university out of my town (Agra) since last 2 and a half year (since Jan 2019) and due to this I could not submit the electricity charge for the said tenure as my residence was locked for this period and no electricity was in use therefore in November 2019, Torrent Power cuts the electricity connection.
In the month of June 2021 I went to Torrent Power office in Agra and they told me to deposit the total amount which was Rs. 3810 and Rs. 600/ extra for joining the connection again.
However I paid the the said amount on 7 June 2021 but torrent power has again generated an electricity bill of Rs. 1630/ by considering the meter reading from March 2021 to July 30th 2021 which is not authentic and when I interacted with customer care, he could not satisfy me and told me to deposit the amount and said to me that in case of failure to deposit the amount, again electricity connection will be disconnected.
Thus I am requesting you to please look into the matter and take an strict action as they do not have manner how to deal with customer and always behave like an extortionist.

My last six month bill is lesser than 5000 ... But last month torrent power change my meter and this month my bill 7784 how it is possible ... So please check my meter... And attach my sub meter with your company meter .. .....
