Torrent Power — Complaint number not attending by torrent Agra Team

I have registered complaint(complaint number [protected]) via cutomer care at 5:30 pm. I called multiple times on torrent customer care number that no one from torrent power Agra visited and attended the issues even after passing there 4hrs time line.
Since it is summer time and We are facing lots of difficulties without light .
Please help us for same.
