Torrent Power — Meter reading fast than consumption

Our MSEB meter was replaced by Torrent Meter in October 2021. Our regular bill until September 2021 used to be in the range of rupees 1700 to rupees 2500. Post torrent meter installation Our bill started coming in range of rupees 4500 to rupees 5500 which is almost double than the usual regular bill. You may check MSEB power usage graph for reference. We complaint to torrent however they share any random reason and do not resolve our issue. Note : the issue came only after installation of new torrent meter.
