Torrent Power — No electricity from last 16 Hours in Kharegaon Area

Today morning 17-May-2021 we got message that for 2 hours there will be power cut which was ok but later no one is picking up the call in Torrent Call Centre. This is how you should give service to customer??
We have elder people, student in family, how we can survive without electricity and there is no one to whom we can address this issue. People and their lives are taken from granted from Torrent, this is totally unacceptable. We pay complete bill on time and expect same kind of service from Torrent as well. There is no electricity in city like Kalwa-Kharegaon from 16 hours. Strong action must be taken on this.
