Torrent Power — on paying rs.2000 advance payment to torrent power on bill desk rs.16 deducted from my account

I payy rs.2000 today 01/05/2020 online to torrent power as advannce payment for service no.983055 on bill desk using bank of baroda debit card. On bill desk for payment up to rs.2000 no charges taken but today on payment of rs.2000 on bill desk by using debit card, rs.16 was debited from my account i. E. Rs.2016 (Rs.2000 + rs.16 = rs.2016) from my bank of baroda account no.[protected]. This is not good.
