Sir, I bipinkumar k shah sr. Citizen customer of torrent power ahmedabad having c. No 3158083 naranpura zone I am going to your plug point office prahladnagr for bill payment with cheque talk with one of supervisor shalini mem but she refused to me go to cashier table (3 cashier windows) without heard my request and sent me machine and pay same and collect from macine receipt I request her i donot want machine receipt again i told her machine receipt is not filed long time ink is slowly disable moreover at that time no any customer/que in front of desk three are executive cash counter but shaliniben rudely talk with me tell me here cheque payment is not accepted Every time ihave got printer receipt Why sir this type of answer given by mem pl solved my compliant and give me reply There is instruction at plug point for bill payment by cheque at machine Pl give me reply my email id is [protected]@gmail.com . Please print the correct spelling of address. you print "NICOL" but the right spelling is "NIKOL". I have faced so many problems in government work because of this misprint. so do some action on it very quickly.
