Torrent Power — The customer service persons rude behaviour and delay in reconnection

This is a complaint about the rude and impatient behaviour of the customer service person. Completely opposite of the role. Also, even after sharing the exact situation they did not help at all rather kept us waiting for 4-5 hours that too in the heat of Ahmedabad. Someone returning from long travel after 10-15 days and facing this is terrible.
