I Manoj Kumar Balkeshwar Pushpak Consumer No.[protected] Service No. :[protected] Meter No.: 65-C0072505 have a serious concern about Billing as under:
My Meter has been installed on 03 September 2024 and 1st Meter reading date was 19 Oct 2024 means almost 45 days only. My bill was generated on 22 Oct 2024 Amount Rs.5640 which is irrespective and not affordable by a domestic user.
Although I have paid yet as considering may be some technical glitches and adjusted later by your administration but the 2nd Bill Amount of Rs. 4340 for November 2024 generated on same pattern so I called to customer care variously but they also not giving a satisfactory solution and telling that all our reading and system is ok you should make a payment.
I am not in condition to pay this kind of heavy amount so please do something in my favour. The customer care representatives are talking like Techies that "please check your Earth ground is open", "maybe your device is consuming high electricity" like so. Please take my concern as seriously as I am not in position to pay that much money as I am a private company worker.
My humble request to please consider my situation and get justice for me.
