Toshiba India — I am complaining about the fridge we purchased from kohinoor electronics santacruz West mumbai

We had purchased a Toshiba fridge from kohinoor electronics santacruz West
Day 1 of delivery the fridge was damaged
Day 2 a new fridge was sent but it was again damaged from behind
We still accepted
Now after 2 days the fridge is not working.
We went to the kohinoor store in santacruz, they are saying we won't give an replacement but will send a technician to repair it
After spending so much money We are getting a defective piece..is this fair..the manager's name is Zahid.
