[Resolved]  Toshiba India — Need TV service

This is Prakash from Chennai, mobile no:[protected]. Using Toshiba TV, the TV is not working since two months, given complaint on may7th 2017. Service Request (SR) No is TIPLSR5I0004567.still the problem is not solved. No one is taking responsible. They are saying spare parts not available, we will solve the problem as soon as possible, but they are keep on saying this same statement for the past 2 months. Pls help
