    We purchased this 7kg front load washing machine on the bright day of Jul 20, 2020.
    We were very happy to have purchased our first front load washing machine after seeing every one of our colleagues using front load machines.
    After looking on to the fellow competitors of this field such as IFB, Samsung, Siemens and so on, we were very satisfied with the specs and the price offered by the Toshiba.

    We were delighted to purchase the product, but after the purchase we were very disappointed upon the washing quality of our appliance. Firstly, it does not soak the clothes in enough amount of water as the other brand washing machines does.
    The machine stops very often displaying errors with absolutely providing the washing with all its requirements.

    Upon this continuous defects, we raised queries to our seller and got our machine replaced.
    We appreciate the company on replacing our first product. We are also happy the machine is very silent and does juice upon electricity more. We just want the quality of the wash to be satisfactory with the machine using enough water for wash.

    Even with the replaced product, the machine still continued to misfunction and did not wash the clothes properly at all. Even the technicians visited could not find any faults with the water inputs and current supply. But the machine kept misfunctioning and the quality of wash is very unsatisfactory.
    The motor seems to be running very effectively, but the water seeping for the wash is not at all enough for a quality wash and the washed clothes come out of machine with same dirt and stains.

    We find the trouble with water quantity utilized for the wash and very often the washed clothes come out dry.

    We request the company to either provide us with the resolution or replace our front load machine with equivalent Top load machine or exchange the machine for refund. We are hoping to hear from the company soon.

      We brought TV just 4 dys back .. it worked fine in 2 dys nxt screen cast is lagging . I tried reset but my problem is not resolved .

          I am Anirban Sen from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. My friend Ms. Sharmistha Bulger has purchased one Toshiba 24" LED TV, Model No : FHD108024 " on 08.11.2020 from Capital Electronics, VIP Road showroom, Kolkata - 700054, Contact : [protected]. It was promised from Capital Electronics that the TV would be installed on 09.11.2020, but I had a pathetic experience about the TV installation. Every time time it was told that the assigned person would go & fix your TV. Ultimately, the assigned person called on 11.11.2020 from the mobile number : [protected] & told that he was unable to come on 11.11.2020as he was busy in some other works. He called me on 12.11.2020 at 9.00 a.m. & promised to come at 12.30 p.m., then he again confirmed that he would come at 2.30 p.m. He also confirmed that my address is off the route, generally nobody would come there. I told him that I had to go at work after 2.00 pm. He said he would come within 2pm. I have left the house at 2pm. as I had to go for work. The person actually reached there at 2.45 pm, where I was out of my house. Please, note : I have refused to take service of that person as he was playing with my times. I also confirm that I did not sign any document from your representative. I have below complaints :
          1. Toshiba TV aftersales service is very poor
          2. How can be an assigned technician said " Your address is off the route, generally nobody goes there "
          3. Time Management & Commitment is very poor
          4. Customer harassment.

          Please, take necessarry action.

              Respected sir iam using a toshiba tv model number 23s2400se, now its speakers are complaint its not available anywhere here, so i decided to solve that problem by using an 2.1 external speaker system i bought one, but the disappointing factor is you are not providing an audio out port in this t v, but it has a hdmi port that is seen in advanced tv's, but why are you not providing an audio out port? Now what i do sir please help me.

                      I bought l. E. D on 7-1-20. From 2nd month i felt problem but i ignore it cause of my wi-fi connection. But now it is hanging a bit more and now there is a software issue in it. It starts asking for an ip address anytime and gets fixed automatically. And there is a problem of sound in it, it remains constant even when increasing.

                          Dear all,
                          This is regarding toshiba who were supposed fix our ac problem has we had purchased 3 ac's from them. There was some mechanical problem with the ac so we called toshiba (Carrier airconditioning & refrigeration ltd) to solve it. We had put a query regarding this in month of august on 2nd 2019. Since then its almost three months they r not looking into the matter with concern and r giving one reason or another and trying to escape from the issue. No communication being done on phone from them. When we try to call to ask when they will send an engineer they dont pick up our phone and if they receive without any communication they disconnect our call. We r really annoyed with this. Toshiba has not provided any quality service to us.

                            Hi I have purchased hard disk it's internal damege I have climed for Replacement veary worst TOSHIBA Product I have purchased and went to customer place, I have inserted hard disk but its not detected finaly I went service center they have told its damege its not covered under warranty.                               I bought a battery of laptop no. Toshiba pabas228/pa3817u-1brs 6 cell laptop battery from flipkart on 18 march 2019 which was delivered to me on 25 march 2019. The battery carries a 06 month replaceable warranty.

                              Right now my battery has stopped working. I request you to replace it as soon as possible with a new one. I am going through a really tough time. The bill is attached too.

                                I purchased the toshiba 2 tb hdd from one of your retailer from cyber park digital store, mc road, chengannur on 25th april - 2019.

                                The hard disk was defective and sound was coming from it. I gave it for repair on first week of june - 2019 and till now not received.

                                Really a very bad experience from toshiba and its resellers and its retailers who are selling this.

                                Always i use to purchase seagate or western digital. But this time the shop person said good about the hard disk. And purchasing this has become a pain for me and my family.

                                This is the first time i am purchasing a toshiba hard disk and really very bad experience.

                                I want to get my hard disk as soon as possible.

                                  I purchased my dell laptop in jan 2017 but due to performance issues i had to take it to a nearby shop to get it rectified. The technician had observed and told me that the Toshiba hard drive (1TB) which is factory installed in the dell inspiron 5567 has a problem due to which it is neither getting formatted nor partition is getting created on it as it is showing a error message while trying to make a partition through command prompt as well as diskpart method. So, please see to it and do the needful at the earliest.
