Toshiba India — No response on complaint regarding led tv | |||||
My toshiba led tv is in 3 year guarantee. its purchasing date is 03/march/2015. serial no. e496d4j00177v1. mode no-40l2400ze. On 9th july 2016, when i switched on the led tv, it was not working. audio is coming but there is no video on the tv and i made a complaint on the same day of which complaint no. is tiplsr7h0012424. from that day the are saying to me that service engineer will visit your location in 24 to 48 hours but its been 10 days and no service engineer has visited my home not even i recieved any call from their terchnical team. i am feeling cheated from toshiba india as they are not fulfilling their promise of 3 years warranty instead are harassing me by saying that you will recieve call from service centre soon.
