Toshiba India — Non availability of technician for servicing | |||||
I am Jaykishan Shaw, have already complaint for servicing of my Toshiba LCD TV MODEL NO TOSHIBA 29P 1300ZE, in toshiba customer care centre by phone. They replied that they will come within 10 days but after several reminders, month has passed but still they have not taken any initiative regarding this. Kindly solve this matter at your earliest, am not getting any option for solve this. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please you come to my home address M.Visweswara rao, door no 77-13-19, opp.ravindra theatre, santhi nagar, pipula road center, vijayawada, krishna dist. andhra pradesh state. it for repair tv. i bought tv at sonovision in 2014. it for warranty. please you already come repair tv.

This is informed to you that my led not working properly, so request to you please resolve it ASAP. I Will complaining from long time but no body responding. Complaint no is SRZH0009044 dated 8th Dec-16. And 2nd is SRZH0015476 dated 14 th Dec-16. And attached invoice copy and warranty card copy. My mob no. [protected].
