[Resolved] Totoodo.com — bad executive behavior during servicing of motorola c plus device | |||||
I had kept my motorola C plus mobile for servicing with Totoodo, yelahanka new town, Bangalore but the executive there is extremely unfriendly tries to discourage people from leaving the device with them. I insisted to leave the device with him as this place was the nearest from my place and the device was in warranty period. He reluctantly agreed to take it but has since been delaying the service and has been extremely unpleasant to talk to when asking for the device's service status. He never called me once to inform about the device but has been insulting in his tone when i tried to enquire about it multiple times. This whole incident has left a bad customer experience with me for totoodo which calls itself an ISO certified company. In the process, it has caused be financial losses and mental harrasment. My device is still not repaired after multiple follow ups. Totoodo has not at all been helpful with my device complaint and unnecessarily delayed the rectification.
